We had to find a quick meal before a movie, and this was close to the theater inside Santa Fe Station. The staff was fast and friendly. The Italian sandwich was delicious! Food court seating is available and right next to the casino. Great, as always!

This shop is amazing and even though we have been to other Capriotti’s this one by far the BEST! The one woman I talked to in the morning for the order on Thanksgiving Day deserves recognition. The team did a great job on the sandwiches they were delicious and substantial. Thanks my husband works close so we will be ordering again.

We are here a couple times on our trip. Food was good. Customer service was great. One time we had to wait as there was one employee. I appreciated that he was honest with me about wait time. (7-10 minutes – rather then I’ll be right with you.) Online ordering was easy and concur to. Easy to customize. Thank you!!!

Yesterday my friend girls & I went to Capriotti’s at the Santa Fe food court to grab a little something before the movie. My friend ordered a kids meal & swapped out the craisins & juice box for chips, purchased drink & pd the difference! The lady said the chips were the same price as the craisins & juice! No problem! I was next & said “I want the same thing”! The lady said “I’m really not supposed to do that”! She refused to give me the same as my friend! I refuse to make a sceneso I walked away & got food at Panda! How will Capriotti’s fix this out right wrong?!?

This white racist chick at the front desk today should not even be working!! She was rude and when she asked me if I wanted a receipt she laid the receipt on the counter as if she was scared to touch me!! Then she didn’t even say thank you!! Well it looks like the place isn’t that busy and I can see why!! That was my first and last time ever going there and I suggest any person of color not to eat there!! You racist white people are getting everything you deserve!! It’s truly sickening how you are acting and treating people of color these days!!
