Ordered online through the app. Said it would be done in 20-25 minutes. Had to sit in the parking lot for an additional 40 minutes. The staff sucks. Better off driving an extra 10 minutes to a different location.

Horrible location. Staff rude & acted as if customers were a bother. Food not ready for 45 minutes after app said it would be ready. Came out of oven, cut & boxed and then sat for 10 minutes before I asked if the pizza was my order. Cold instead of fresh & hot. Stay away from this store if you want decent service & food.

Ordered 2 $6.99 pizzas. The order placed and it stated it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived in 25 minutes. I still waited for over an hour in the parking lot for my pizza. The place was filthy, pizza boxes everywhere.. I only seen 3 people working, which I understand how shorted staffed is — but there was no organization. It was a hot mess.. My pizza was $6.99 and it tasted like it… everyone who ate the pizza stated after eating it it didn’t sit well with their stomachs. I will no longer be eating here. I will order from elsewhere.

Placed an order for pick up. Show up during the time frame. No order. Wait around 30 minutes after the time given. Still no order. Around an hour later. I get my order. Completely wrong. Ordered the mostest bestest and pretzel pizza. I received 2 thin crust cheese pizzas. Trying to tell them that it was wrong. Is like saying that you can just tell an skyscraper to move on its own. They just didn’t understand how my order was wrong. Then, both thin crust pizzas was even barely cooked halfway. So an $15 order that I didn’t even get or refunded. Then I had to go to another pizza place that had pretzel pizza cause that’s what my kids wanted. And spend even more money. Seems these locations get worse and worse with every breathe that they are told to take. And with 5 people working. Just shows that they are not understaffed. Just under educated.

By far one of the worst customer service restaurants around. The level of inconsistency of the employees and urgency to meet the food requests is absurd. Waited over an hour for 1 pizza, they would not refund the money and when we final received it, it was cold.

Stopped in to place an order for 2 hot and ready pizzas & an order of crazy bread.!! Placed the order at 5:30pm and didn’t receive my order until after 6:30pm. Multiple ppl cancel their orders due to how long they have been waiting. The guy who took my order had seen me waiting and never acknowledged of telling me my order was done. When I go up to ask how much longer he says it has been ready and was sitting on the back table. Obviously letting the customer know it was ready was complicated for his small brain. Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Pizza was cold and he said “it’s been on the warmer”.

Worst location ever!! Every time we try to call, no answer…and then today my husband walks in, and the female “worker” just shook her head, and walked to the back. Then, when a male “worker” came out, he looked like he had just got done hanging out with Snoop for an hour…! Not to make comedy of a truly sad example of the fast food industry, but hey, it is the easiest way to describe it. To top it off, when asked for a “hot & ready”, they laughed and said they had nothing ready. We ordered from the Trenton location. It was a much better experience!!! Also, this is not our first terrible encounter at the West Rd location!!!

If you are wanting a Hot N Ready don’t come to this location, they never have them hot n ready. You have to actually call ahead and order a hot n ready from them.

This little Caesar’s is a hot mess all the time. They never have hot n ready’s here so don’t expect that. Order at least 45 mins to an hour ahead of time to save you a headache.
