Today is August 20th at 12:00pm. I never leave bad reviews or any reviews in general. I felt that I needed to leave this review because I have never been treated so poorly like this before in a drive thru. My boyfriend and I ordered a coffee online and the lady on the speaker was talking very rudely but confirmed the name on the order and not the order number. We get to the window to get our coffees and she says nothing then hands me muffins and slams the door shut. Finally she opened the window to give us more food we didn’t order and I told her we only ordered two coffees. She proceeded to tell me I didn’t order that and kept reading off the order that wasn’t ours. Finally someone else realized she messed up the order and she slammed the door shut and we could hear her yelling that we were wrong and talking about us very rudely. I am a very nice person in general and I never gave any attitude so there was no reason for any of that. I called the manager working at that time and spoke with him about our experience. I hope that she is talked to because no one should be treated that poorly. If you go there and happen to have her serve you just be aware that she is very mean and unprofessional.

Good coffee and doughnuts. Berry smoothies are awful – mostly sugar and apparently no whole fruit which would be normally expected. Got them for our kids and ended up having to toss them.

Today is August 12, at 12:20pm I went through the drive through and ordered a coffee and when I placed the order the lady had a very rude tone in her voice and was thrown off by it. I tried so hard to think nothing of it. When I got to the window and payed she rudely said here’s your coffee and handed me my card back. I asked her why she was so mad and she responded rudely that she’s tired, and shut the window and ignored me. I sat there for a min hoping she would acknowledge me, but she refused to look at me. I was going to try and cheer her up and tell her I hope her day gets better. Giving off that much negative energy to every person that comes through there could really effect the lives of so many people! I used to work in food service and I know how important it is to not let your personal life effect the lives of the customers. I’m only posting a review about this because she has been rude to me many times in the past.

Had a bad experience in a restaurant, neither service nor the food was good. Then we saw Tim Hortons across the road, paid and got out, went to Tim Hortons…..ordered Vanilla Chai Latte, and it was so comforting and helped us forget the bad experience at the restaurant. Tim is one place where you can sit and chat while sipping the best Chai or coffee with a variety of donuts, muffins, Tim bits, and also a variety of sandwiches.

Not really familiar with the using the app tried to explained to them that there’s a redeem Code for a 99 cent coffee the old lady and the big lady gets rude and charge me for a large coffee when I got a medium. Never going there again but that big lady and the old lady funny when they rude

Always love the coffee. Service was pretty good this morning. The place could us a little more attention to cleanliness. Several doughnuts laying in the bottom of the display case. To be fair I don’t know if the manager does a complete inspection periodically during the day. I might stop in tomorrow to see if those runaway doughnuts see still there.

Literally the WORST Tim hortons out there!! We wanted in line for 30-35 mins to order a large triple triple and by the looks of what was being handed to the customers everyone ordered like 1 coffee or 1 sandwhich yet it too 5-10 min per car to get an order out. I can understand being short staffed or even training new employees but it should NEVER be this long for any FAST FOOD chain to get orders in and out there window!!!
