Went to this McDonalds this morning because I didn’t eat anything at all last night because I was at the ER with my wife and daughter. Wanted to order something but I couldn’t because the digital menu was not working. So I asked the employee who was taking orders. “How do customers place their orders if they can’t see the menu”? Her response was horrible, “oh McDonald’s menu hasn’t changed”. Instead of giving me some options out of her mouth or even directing me to the kiosk that was directly behind me that had the entire menu. ‍♂️ Please find another job if you can’t do even the simple task.

They will take your order, cash you out without repeating it back to you, then when your missing items they didn’t ring up they make you go back around or through the drive thru. Not to be rude but mistakes made by employees is not my problem. Now half my food is cold and I’m still waiting because of their ignorance.

Ordered online 1 cheeseburger and one drink. When i got to the mcdonalds no one was at the counter. Everyone was by the dtive thru window joking around. While i and another customer were waiting to be attended. When i was finally attended after 5 minutes, i had to be the one to say that i had ordered online. The team member gave me a cup for the drink and after about 10 minutes of waiting , finally received my cheeseburger. There were 4 team members there. Too busy joking around to help the customers. No need for that. I felt uncomfortable, unwelcomed. In fact i felt almost as if they did not care that i was standing there waiting. They saw me there. But did not attend to me. Or anyone. Its ok to have fun, but its a business. And its fast food????? Do your work and do not ignore anyone. Love, unity & peace. Respect each other and everyone. No matter the race, color or nationality. The same blood inside of me, is inside of you.

This particular night my son is in the hospital so im trying to get food and get back to him cause i dont want to be gone long however i get stuck in an hour wait in the drive thru line. They take one car order on each lane then its an half hour wait between another order. Either they understaffed or they just dont care SMH

I went there two nights in a row. The first night was a Saturday and after sitting and waiting for 35 minutes in the drive-through. The lady agreed with what my son said with yes go to another McDonald’s. Sunday night we get there there’s more people there. So we ordered 4 chicken, bacon, ranch, combos. When we get to the window to pick up the food we were told it was gonna be a few minute. Wait because we were waiting for the chicken to come out of the fryer when I got home nine minutes later what I ordered was not what I got. It was a tiny piece of chicken with ranch and lettuce and three tiny slices of tomato. No bacon. Not what I ordered in the fun part is it was ice cold.
