I would have given them two stars because I like the drinks but the service was bad. I didn’t care for the person making our sandwich with her mouth full of food and eating. I watched her make another sandwich for someone else doing the same thing eating. The person taking our order was very hard to understand and asked me questions that didn’t make any sense. We sat in our car outside and then watch the person eating take garbage out with a cigarette hanging out of her mouth and no gloves on. Never again will I eat here.

Went here today, open sign was on, as was the menu board in the drive thru. Pulled up to order, everything still on and while sitting at the speaker the menu board turns off. After saying hello a few times I comment “perhaps they should turn off the open sign if they’re closed”. As I am driving through the drive thru there is a girl at the window (ignoring me as I slowly drive by) and someone else shuts off the open sign right in front of me. No verbal acknowledgment of my presence, no sorry we’re closed, nothing. It was 2:45 on Tuesday afternoon.

Just came through the 6 mile and middlebelt location. The girl on the speaker rushed me through my order and had me pull up with no total, as I’m pulling off I hear her incorrectly repeat part of the order to get coworker on the headset. When I pull up to the window I informed her that it was supposed to be a bagel with cream cheese not butter and they said they’d remake it. Then when I paid I got 2 dollars less than I was supposed to get back in change and no receipt. After handing me my drinks she hands me my remade bagel, wrapped up with no bag. I take it and she waits for me to leave, but I haven’t gotten all my food yet. She then hands me my other food item, without a bag, and when I ask for a bag she gives me a bag that can’t even hold one of my items. I had to go back inside to get another bag. I didnt notice the money was off with my change until I was leaving and honestly I think she was trying to distract me at the window so she could swindle a few dollars from me. I tried to call up to talk to a manager and let them know what happened but the line is disconnected. Long story short, check your receipts and your change before you leave this location. I’ll drive a little further to not have to worry about that again.

Lobby was closed before 3 pm. Even though website and door posting says 5 pm. The two girls inside we’re just doing lots of laughing. Asked for a creme filled donut at drive thru, got home and had wrong donut. How hard is a one donut order!

Rude employee, I order grilled cheese, and she told me who eat grilled cheese at 9:30 in the morning. If I don’t wana make grilled cheese just tell me we are out of cheese or it’s not available.
