Came in for the first time because the people that lived in our house before we bought it left their menu in the drawer. Super nice vibe. Lady at the front was really nice. Ordered the meatball sub and fries. I’d probably get more marinara sauce next time on it but other then that it was great. Bread was crispy on the outside but nice and soft on the inside so it was easy to bite. Fries were seasoned good. Can’t wait to try other things on the menu.

So, I’m editing this review: I’m not sure if Tony’s came under management or something but the customer service has gotten 10 times better. The young men were pleasant and eagered to help me. I came in to pick up my order and one of the young men offered me a drink for my wait(I wasn’t waiting but for like 2 minutes) but this small gesture showed me they were concerned about the time I took to come up there. This is night and day from a few months ago. I would recommend and those gentlemen need a raise.The delivery driver rung up my order before making a delivery man good customer service isn’t dead.

This Tony’s location has improved so much since we moved to this area almost 2 years ago. We almost always order the Spinach White pizza and a Veggie pizza and they are really delicious when you ask them to cook them “well done”. They also make the “real” buttermilk ranch dressing in-house that is so good you’ll crave it. Their marinara sauce is delicious and fresh. The employees that answer the phone are always kind and helpful, and same with the drivers. Our order is always accurate and they haven’t forgotten my sides of ranch or marinara yet. I am not sure if this location has had a management change since October 2021 or not, but whatever the change was, it was definitely for the best! Initially when we moved to Piedmont/Moonville in 2021 we were very disappointed with the Tony’s here and the pizza was absolutely awful. So we would actually still drive to the location in our old neighborhood in Simpsonville off West Georgia Rd to get our Spinach White pizza fix. Recently the restaurant in Moonville has made significant improvements to the quality of their food and I am so glad! Well done Tony’s Moonville! We love you!

The food and service is alright at best. I placed a take out that was mistakenly taken by the delivery driver. When I pointed the mistake out to the worker on duty I initially asked for a refund to which she insisted that she remake the pizza. She proceeded to remake the pizza with her bare hands and when I told I no longer wanted the pizza because of this, she replied “I just washed my hands in the back”. The staff and manager gave me the biggest headache about giving me a refund. Next time I’ll just go Pizza Hut at least there nice.

Ordered a chicken parm sub and it was blah. It’s like they microwaved frozen chicken nuggets with cheese on it and put it in a bread bun. No marana sauce at all. Ordered once and won’t again. One guy was working while the rest were just standing around. Place looked sad and tired.

I’m a big fan of other Tony’s Pizza locations. My lunch break for work is only 30 minutes. I called in the hopes of ordering ahead to eat at the restaurant. They took my order and then called back immediately and said they couldn’t do that. I told them I was willing to pay the bill over the phone. “We don’t do that. We’re a full service restaurant with servers.” Okay, I’ll be happy to sit and pay a server and sit down to eat. “We don’t do that.” I canceled my order and we ate lunch next door at the Mexican restaurant, where we tipped handsomely and recieved great, quick, service. Their parking lot was empty.
