This lady was so rude, she act like she couldn’t make the order special, all I asked for that my fries was well done. She started yelling at me and talking really crazy for no reason. Saying get your money back, we are so busy. I asked for well done fries with meat and onions. She needed to take that up with the cashier that took the order. Her manger was remaking the order but the stupid lady kept talking crazy. Ohhh no baby you will not talk crazy to me or some food. Very rude and unprofessional. she said that she couldn’t hear me… well ask me to come up to the window, duh!!!!!!! The manger didn’t tell her to stop being rude. Causing a sean. Please do not go here. I think she was rude to me because the color of my skin. WOW. Her customer service is very poor. If you don’t like your job then go work somewhere else. I was forced to get my money back.

I was online waiting for my turn when I heard the cashier telling a man ahead of me , he can order a combo meal with a small bottle of water instead of a cup of soda. When I was ordering I have a small bottle of water in my hand and I said I want a combo with the bottle of water, omg the woman got so mad very very rude told me I already scanned the bottle of water and you said you want a combo I said yes but you did not hear what I said, she said I can’t cancel the water, then another rude female came up and told we can do the combo with a small water but we can’t cancel, they want me to pay $ 3 for water plus a combo ( unbelievable ) the first woman shake her head many times because she is too lazy and didn’t want to cancel a bottle of water. They never said it’s ok not a problem or thank you for your order or greeting from the start . I have no idea why these restaurants keep that kind of employees that hate people hare tí work, they should stay home forever. Nasty employees .

The”hostess “ working the register was pretty hateful. The lady in front wanted brunch, but they were only serving lunch. She said she’d have to check with her husband about what he wanted.the hostess left us all standing in line while the woman went to other side of airport to get order from husband. I asked if she could take someone else’s order. She said no. She had already put their drink order in. I said can’t you delete it? Again she told us waiting in line, “no.” She then said “ there are other places to eat, they are all serving lunch.” She also messed up the money , had to call help. When I got to drink machine, I told the woman their Coke Zero was out. She said “ choose something else.”

I ordered a sandwich with mushrooms and no peppers. I got peppers and no mushrooms. I noticed it on my receipt before they made it and told them but it was still wrong. I took it back and they made me wait for about 5 people before they fixed it and the lady was very rude that finally made it. All for a sandwich was nothing to write home about.

I wish 0 stars was an option. One doesn’t go here expecting 5 stars overall. But the lady working the grill berating the girl at the register and the customers is disgusting. I feel terrible for the people working with her. Of course the food was awful.

Not that great – skip it – you’re welcome. They were out of onions & charged us for peppers instead of subbing for free. Small, dry sandwich with hardly any cheese. If anything, get fries only. Zombie unfriendly service.
