It’s a shame the owners do not want to fix the AC issues here. The location is great, the food and staff are wonderful but I do Not recommend dining in here. The ac is out and no one there knew when the owner was going to fix the issue. Very uncomfortable dining experience….

Came in during a rainstorm, roof had a severe leak leaking into the restaurant area. Staff had very little food cooked on the line and said they were out of chow mein. My son ordered orange chicken, and they said they were out. I asked if they were going to cook more and they begrudgingly agreed. We waited for about 15 mins for the food to be ready. Food was okay once we received it, but the experience was a let down from what I usually get at a panda express.

We went to the drive thru and waited 32 minutes for our order. It is faster to go inside a restaurant to eat. An extra egg roll was not worth the wait. Panda EXPRESS just lost a customer. Wish I could give you less than one star.

First time ordering here. Never coming back again. I ordered online and it says food will be ready at 12:08. They have me pull up and wait an extra 30 mins, I call and ask how much longer they are going to take and they hang up in my face TWICE. FINALLY they come out but of course they forgot a part of my order, and to top it off, no utensils or napkins. Hopefully the food is good, I haven’t gotten to eat it yet.

Panda Express is one of my favorite places to eat, but THIS location is ROUTINELY out of super greens. After the first time, I thought it was just bad timing on my part. After about the fifth time of me canceling my order in the drive thru after being told they were out, I simply stopped making it my first choice to stop at even though it is more conveniently located for me. I just go to the one on 72 near 255 now (in front of 88 Buffet). That location is never out, always puts the sauces in the bag and offers freebies when they ARE out of something to ensure that I come back. This location could probably learn a few things from them. I have also been a frequent Panda Express patron in Ohio. This is the only location I have ever had this kind of issue with, so I’m guessing it’s a franchise owner who is skimping and saving while bringing down the name of the brand. SMH

Decently fast – the service is pretty good, but the drive through lane is pretty tight to navigate and has curbs on both sides so it could be easy to scratch your wheels/tires as is evident by the amount of black marks on the curbs.

This was the nastiest food I’ve ever had! The rice was incredibly grainy, the chicken was awful and the egg roll was disgusting! No paper towels in the ladies room and the drink station was super gross! I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone!
