1/02/2023 Update: I ordered delivery and my order arrived incorrect. I paid extra for additional toppings and the toppings were missing. I called the store and after three tries, they finally answered. They told me that the additional toppings were out of stock. I understand that happens. However, they never attempted to contact me to let me know. They knowingly made the pizza wrong and still decided to send it out. They refused to give me a refund saying they couldn’t because the pizzas were delivered. If they had told me in the first place that they were going to be delivered wrong, I would’ve canceled and this whole thing could’ve been avoided and I would’ve saved all the money they refuse to refund me. I did NOT receive what we paid for. This is unacceptable.

Ordered for delivery. Somehow, the order got converted to pickup. I was sent the delivery tracker and it never moved. I tried to call several times, no matter the option chosen it would ring twice then go to busy signal. Finally just drove to the place. I told the girl at the counter that I had tried calling, she acted a bit put off and just said, “we’ve been busy”

NOW I remember why I stopped picking up dinner here every Thursday. Service has not improved in a year. Perhaps that is inevitable when management hires to have bodies present but clearly does not foster critical thinking skills.

Bad experience with the food and the manager. My pizza was hot but when I tried to pick it up from the box, part of the pizza was stuck to the box. Pizza was not cooked properly and it then the manager blamed the pizza toppings. It was a super supreme thin crust. Matt said the toppings does not let the pizza dough cook properly, that’s a lie because we have been eating the same pizza for the past 4 months every Friday for work and this is the first time this has happened. Never did the manager apologize for the issue, never did he want to credit me for future order, and then he did not want to give me my full price refund of $22.72. Matt only wanted to give me $20, what in the world is that. I hope this review gets to the corporate or owner, ridiculous no good customer service and bad quality of pizza. No one out pizzas the hut right, wrong I can go to little Caesar’s or Peter piper and not have any issues. Sad to say, but we will not be ordering from Pizza Hut moving forward.

Very unfriendly and ignorant people, we got our order delivered, they gave door dash 3 slices of pizza in each box, our wing had little to no sauce. When we called to let them know, they hung up on my and then didn’t answer my calls. My son called from his phone they answered and when we told them the complaint they hung up. Then they wouldn’t answer for the front office also. They should not be working with people. This was the pizza hut on Santa Rosa st.
