I’m starting off by saying the food is very good, for take away only though. We decided to eat there but the service was not great. The food was served on disposable styrofoam plates, with disposable plastic spoons. The sides, rice, beans and salsa were also in disposable styrofoam containers. It was just two of us eating there and the total came out to about $60, not worth it for eating with disposable plates and cutlery. Again, the food is very good but buy it for carry out, not eating in.

You have to be patient if you want to eat here. First of all no one greets you or seats you or anything. No one tells you that you have to go order at the front counter even if you are dining in. If you need anything else after you place your order you have to get up to the front counter and ask for it. Other than that the carnitas were very good.

It’s ok. Nothing to ride home about. Annoying that they won’t give you a cup of water for free, you would have to buy bottled water. I’ve never been to a restaurant in Illinois without free tap water.

No uber eats, grub hub or delivery, the line can get really long and such a small parking space. Food is ok but not worth the long line wait.

The carnitas were delicious! Service was quick and friendly. Would definitely recommend for a quick lunch. They also have imported Coca-Cola from Mexico in bottles. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

food is good but service sucks! waited 10 mins no server, walkins orders taken and given before anyone acknowledged me. i had to order at the counter and when i complained the owner gave ME an attitude! Its been a year of me coming here and still getting the “we’re waiting for the credit card machines”… lies… bring cash owner full of ish. or better yet go to another place.
