I ordered taco salad with chicken and beef after waiting 30 minutes all I got was taco, chicken and beef no vegetables at all I asked for my vegetables after waiting another 20 minutes I left. My thing is when taking orders you need to understand English.

7 of us visited on a Sunday at 5pm. It wasn’t busy at all which was nice. Business did start to pick up as we were leaving though. I ordered The Taco Roc plate. 3 very good tacos with a bowl of delicious ranch style beans. Great service. 6 adults with food and drinks plus the 18% tip added in was $133. Very reasonable.

We ate here Sunday night. The food they brought us was stone cold. They took it back to the kitchen and brought it back barely warm. I was totally embarrassed because my sister and brother in law were here from PA and we had told them the food was great. We deserve an apology and a refund!!

Seems like quite a few servers speak very little English. When you have to tell your server ‘burrito ‘ 3 times, and then have to point to the picture….not a good vibe…But the food is authentic and always fresh.

I ordered carry out with specifically stating that I have a seafood allergy. I called to notify the establishment and was treated extremely rude. Nevertheless, defeating the point of take out I went to the restaurant for the meal to be properly prepared. If you like beyond abominable, a step below authentic Mexican, eat at your own risk. They are usually pretty good but sometimes they have a waiter or waitress who doesn’t speak or understand English well and they get your order wrong. Don’t come at me I’m just saying if you are going to hire someone who doesn’t speak or understand English well have someone helping them who does so you have better food and service.
