We stopped for lunch and it wasn’t busy at all. The server walked us and another group to their table at the same time. Then she took our drink order at the same time as the table behind us, from a distance at the kiosk. It was a bit odd, and impersonal. The food here is pretty mediocre at best. We had a gift card to use up, but probably would not go back.

Had amazing service at this location! Servers were super friendly and attentive to all our needs and refilling of drinks. My Santa Fe burger was delicious and all our portion sizes were very generous. The manager was working hard and visibly involved in the success of this restaurant.

Three of us all ordered something different. My companion said his rice was severely undercooked, his meat tough as shoe leather. I had a steak that was cooked to a crisp, mashed potatoes with no flavor. Our friend ate two bites of his pasta and pushed the plate away. Only decent foid was the chips.

Placed a Togo order today – got the shrimp Cajun pasta. This dish is usually our favorite, however, second time in a row we have been let down by quality. The pasta itself was bland and dry – there were hardly any green onions or tomatoes. The shrimp was super salty to the point it had to be thrown. Beyond disappointed considering this was not a cheap meal. Will not be returning in the near future.
