This place is a GODSEND!! I just came through with my niece for the first time and we hadn’t eaten here before. While having an extensive conversation with the employees about the menu, they were very patient, willing to answer all of my questions, and prepared to make any changes to the order to accommodate my financial needs. After it was all said and done, I was trying to figure out my online bank account and was having a hard time. After seeing my struggle, the employees offered to give us the food for free! It was truly and embarrassing moment, but that they were very understanding of my predicament. Without them, my niece and I would have been very hungry and helpless! PLEASE GIVE THESE PEOPLE A RAISE!!

Lately, everytime I order there is 1 driver and 1 person in the store making sandwiches with an hour + wait. Seems ridiculous that the company slogan is “freaky fast” when they don’t seem to care about properly staffing their store to make the wait “moderately reasonable.” Picklemans it is, I guess.

Definitely NOT freaky fast. We ordered two menu sandwiches- no alterations just their basic menu items. It took well over 15 minutes and we watched three people be served before us who arrived after us. For 5 workers there and available, they sure were lacking speed.

Absolutely ridiculous wait times and it appears I am not alone. The last 4 times I have ordered from here it has taken over an hour and a half, every time. Several of those times it meant I didn’t get to eat lunch because I had to be in meetings for the afternoon.

I’m done giving these guys a break. The last 5 times I’ve ordered a sandwich to be delivered less than half a mile a way it takes damn near 2 hours and the delivery person is hardly apologetic. This time my order was so wrong. Just a completely different sandwich. I just ate it because it’s easier than getting them to fix it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.

“Freaky Fast?” I work on Gregg Ave, 2 miles from the Dickson St location, about the same from the college ave location. 3 times the College location has told me they can’t deliver here due to lack of drivers, too many customers in the store, etc, excuse after excuse.
