Very disappointed this last time we were there. Pizza was fine, surprisingly, as it had been sitting for probably 20 mins. We were dining in, ordered pizza, couple bags of chips. Sat down and we went about our business. Noticed someone at the counter was having issues with a delayed carryout order. I noticed it had been close to 49 mins since we sat down so I went up to check on our order. Gave her my name and she handed me a pizza in a box that had been sitting there. They didn’t bring it out when it was ready, didn’t call our name. Just sat there. And I had to ask her for my chips. I was quite surprised the pizza wasn’t cold. We will probably go to another location from now on.

I walked in to place my order and no one helped me. I waited for a little bit. Still nobody helped me, but I saw plenty of people doing nothing in the back, so I waited a bit longer and left. I guess they were used to not having business at that time of day, which was around 4:00-4:15pm on a Friday!

I’m disappointed with this location, I went in and an employee was complaining about being the only one working and talking about his manager and being left there…to the people ahead of me. Then when he got to me, my pizza had been sitting on the end of the conveyor for the entire time. He couldn’t find my order on the computer, and I ended up pointing at my pizza and saying “that’s probably it”, I could see it from the cash register. He cut it and gave it to me, I didn’t check it, because I thought I had seen enough from the side on the belt. However, when I got back to visiting my mom, I realized the pizza was horribly made, it was almost exactly like little caesars, the toppings were clearly slapped on carelessly in the middle of the pizza. I had been excited to try the hand-tossed style, and my son was excited to as well, but we were very disappointed. I’ve noticed problems with this location anymore, it seems a great product ruined by poor or unprofessional customer service. I hope it gets turned around with Marions across the street.

NOT ONE PERSON IN THE RESTAURANT, and they didnt start the pizza until i walked in to pick it up.. waited over 30 min for a togo order that said it would be 20 min.. im not sure if they are busy rolling joints or doing bong rips or what, but it certainly wasn’t making any pizza.. Again, NOT ONE PERSON IN THE RESTAURANT. Food used to be great, but they take forever to make it, and have terrible customer service!!

By far the worst pizza and last time we order. Overpriced-bad quality service and price all around. Would highly recommend Marion’s and any other pizza over this store. Bad experience, price, quality and will not recommend ever. Have been ripped off here twice now!
