I stopped here for dinner on a Wednesday evening. I ordered a burger, fries, drink, and concrete. Sat down for about 2 minutes, and then they were calling my number. I’m not really a fan of their string fries as they tend to get cold quickly. The fries were hot, and I ate them first, of course. The burger was greasy, which is a good thing and was perfect, no tomatoes. The concrete could have been better. I ordered peanut butter, but it just tasted like vanilla.

They are obviously short and nice to see despite craziness everyone there was hard working and so friendly. Very apologetic for wait . They are doing their best with circumstances glad to see such hard working individuals hope everyone gives them some grace. Food was yummy as always. Nice to see hard workers in this day and age. Chris was making sure to apologize to people complaining on wait. Not sure if he s the manager but if not he should be. We will come here again when passing through.

This is the first time I stopped here, my family loved it. The hamburgers unique and fresh fried style is awesome. The service and food are really good but the place need better maintenance. The tables were not very cleaned as well the bathroom. That need more attention. 4 out of 5.

I came for lunch break was very delicious as always. Did take a little long but I did see only 3 people looking so I was understanding I could tell they were working their best. Lobby was a tad bit messy but still had a good lunch break enjoyed my food with good music as well. Has definitely improved from my last visit.

We went thur the drive-through and placed an order. First of all, they were so slow. Once we got to the window, they had our order all wrong. They were too busy socializing with each other that they were getting order wrong. The manager nerve to get an attitude when we were trying to give correct oder. We didn’t get food here because we didn’t want them to pit anything in our food. Horrible service! If I could give zero I would.

I just had a really great experience here! Not only did they get my order right they did a perfect job on everything. Came Saturday April 1 at 2:30, these staff members need to be recognized by Freddy’s. Went through the Freddy’s drive through because it’s my comfort food and i was feeling a bit down. When i ordered i forgot to tell them to include ketchup and Freddy’s sauce and put an extra tomato on my burger. I open my bag bummed i forgot to have them add those things but inside was a ketchup and a Freddy’s sauce! And my burger had 2 big beautiful tomato slices. I’m sure this is just basic service but it made my day today. Something went very right and it’s the little things sometimes. Good job today Freddy’s staff! You made my day.

Good burgers and custard. Their fries are a little thin for me but if you like shoe string fries that’s what they have here. Don’t come here in a hurry though. It takes 10-15 minutes on average to get your food. It’s the slowest fast food restaurant in the area.

This location has gone downhill tremendously. They have 16yr olds who have no idea what they’re doing , train them better. They use the same gloves to handle the food and your debit card/cash. They throw the fries in the bag with little to no care and touch everything with greasy hands. McDonald’s has better service and cleanliness than this chain. I suggest going somewhere else!

I stopped by here on my way home today. I was thinking “Oh, I’ll try something new”, since I haven’t had Freddy’s before. I ordered the new French Onion Steak burger. I was not only disappointed in the service, which was slow and unenthusiastic. The old lady at the window took my card to charge it and then after standing there fiddling around holding it and the receipt, finally handed it back. Then she shuts the window and walks off, leaving my bag of food just sitting on the counter. I didn’t want to assume it was mine even though I was the only car there, no I waited until someone else walked up and grabbed it and handed it to me before I realized it. I get home and the burger was just a flat mess. I decided to power through it anyways, and while it was delicious I couldn’t help but notice a huge hard chunk in it. I don’t know what it was, just that it didn’t match the color of any of the other ingredients and it hurt my already sensitive teeth when I bit into it. Definitely regret my purchase and will not be eating here again.
