I will start like this there are more pros then cons. But the con was pretty freaking big. We got there and was seated fairly quickly. Our server came took our drink orders then our food. Everything was good. We got our drinks and our food and everything was so good. But our waiter never returned. He didn’t check on us. He didn’t refill anything. He literally went MIA. We didn’t notice at first because my friend and I were catching up. But we were ready to wrap up dinner and order dessert. We waited. We looked around. We waited some more and nothing. Eventually it took so long we politely tapped on another waiter to ask for our waiter. He seemed shocked and told us he would get our waiter. We waited again…. Another kind waiter came and helped us. We got dessert. And wrapped up. It was incredibly rude that no one apologized and if it weren’t that we asked another waiter for ours no one would have even noticed we were sitting there looking confused and obviously in need of assistance. The other waiter was so confused he thought we had paid since our waiter never came back. We told him we hadn’t paid and we wanted to order dessert. Thankfully I had good company but that is unacceptable. On another note the cheesecake was GREAT!

The original review was from a few weeks ago. I waited past my estimated tome, called the restaurant and was told it would be right out, and then another 15 minutes passed without anyone coming to the car. I went in and found out that they couldn’t find me but never called. They finally got me my food which was getting colder by the minute and I had to ask twice for the strawberry lemonade I ordered.

Went during later lunch hour, the service did not disappoint. My server was the bartender and he was fantastic for balancing me and his other tables, great check-up. The food, I ordered the salmon, was incredible, fresh and tasted great, with the sides being hot and ready and ultimately money well spent. I will come to this Longhorn again, great to know the service was it all.

This was not my first time at LongHorn, but it was at this location. The hostess was amazing. The food was pretty good ( it was not done exactly how I ordered) but good. The waiter, I’m assuming she was new. She did not come check on us, but 2 times, she was not even the one who delivered the food. We asked for plastic utensils, and we eventually had to get it from another waiter who was taking an order in the table near us. The second time she came I had asked if I could get a refill since the first one came, maybe 30 mins prior and she told me to finish the cup before refilling, so I’m assuming glass cups are expensive here. Thank goodness we could pay with the automatic payment taker in the table because I’m assuming we would’ve had to wait another 30+ minutes to pay with her. I wish I wasn’t complaining because I like coming here, but it was probably the wrong place at the wrong time
