If i could give zero stars I would. This location now has new owners and when i tell you they SUCK they absolutely suck. With all previous owner i used to come here about 5 times a week. I have stopped coming here since because my bowls tasted horrible or we’re missing ingredients my salad bowls would literally have 2 pieces of meat and 3 salad leafs. Today i decided to stop in after a while and i totally regretted this decision. There was no gluten free bread available and i was informed of this after i made my purchase online through the app. I asked what will they do to accommodate me and the girl literally had no answer. Than i get my so called large braniac acai bowl and it was made half way!!! HALF WAY! it is such a shame how terrrible this place is now. The food here isnt cheap and i expect my food to be up to par! I do not recommend this place. To be honest i would love a refund for my order that was not filled how it should have been!!!! My toast barely has any pumpkin seeds my bread was not gluten free as i ordered since they ran out and with previous owner this was never a issue my toast was jus oddly prepared with the tomatoes and my bowl was half way filled and watery!

Fake reviews galore, you tell me which. This place used to be fantastic! I would hate that they’d close so early @ 7-8 months ago because I couldn’t get here on time. I used to frequent here a lot and spent $15-25 regularly. New owners suck, they got a bunch of Indians working here now and all the old staff left. that says alot. I do hope the old owner is doing what she wants, and what she loves. I will miss her, she always greeted me by name whenever I came in. She ran the store. Well unfortunately I’ll have to go elsewhere anytime I want some kind of bowl, or a menu like this one. Just got a free toast with a ten dollar reward, won’t be back.

Such a shame this place has gone downhill to echo the sentiments of other recent posters. Inaccurate order of an allergy bowl that we trusted was made safely previously. We waited over 30 minutes and still didnt get our order. We demanded a refund that we’ll hopefully get back. Many others in the store were typing on their phones and shaking their heads so hopefully they’ll also write a review. I really hope this place gets their act together.

Paid extra to sub steak and literally received 3 pieces…. Should have kept the chicken. Paid extra for two sides of dressing and received none on the bowl and only one dressing…. food is really good when it’s made correctly. Hit or miss here.

if I could rate this place a zero star I wish I could. i was told that they had no stock of half of the fruits that were supposed to be on the bowl and the bowl took an hour to make when there was no line at all. I heard that they were under new management. I definitely miss the old management. i was a loyal customer, definitely will be changing that from here on out

What a fall from grace. I have been a customer of VB for 5 years now. Having not been in a while, I didn’t know that new owners took over. I called in for my typical açai bowl. When I arrived, the place seemed extraordinarily disorganized in comparison to when I used to come often. I paid for my bowl (which definitely seemed more expensive than usual). Aware of how disorganized they seemed, I made sure to check the bowl before I left and noticed that they got my order wrong (I had asked for no granola, honey or goji berries, which comes standard on the bowl. Instead, the receipt said “add goji berries, honey, granola”). No big deal, I thought, miscommunication happens sometimes. When I mentioned what was wrong, they tried convincing me that I had actually asked for the goji berries, honey and granola. Why in the world would I ask to add something that comes standard on the bowl?

Where do I start? Under new management, this place is a train wreck that I have had the unfortunate luck to watch. The previous management was magnificent. Think rainbows and butterflies and everything yummy in life. I would go so often the old manager had my loyalty number in once I walked through the door. Literally almost every day I was in there. Now, I am devastated at the new service. I have had so many bad experiences I don’t know where to start. Once, ordered a bowl. Got it to go and the lid was on it with the bowl seeping out the sides. I was upset because it was a mess! I said please put this in a larger bowl? The worker said, “And put the toppings on the bottom?” And I was like, well what choice do i have now? Then she proceeded to take my bowl, say OUT LOUD “Lord have mercy!” with such attitude. (All of the staff has attitudes btw) I came in recently and had ordered over the phone. When I got there they acted like my order didn’t exist. Then, after the worker went back to check, she was like “I’m so sorry, it’ll be coming” i said, “what was the mix up?” she said…. “what are you talking about?!” all rude. like girly, you got dementia? why treat me like the idiot for asking a question. Anyway; I once watched a pregnant woman be denied her food for an hour and then break down sobbing after being told for the third time that it’ll be coming out (they admitted they forgot about her for like a half hour). I have more stories but you get the point. The food rocks btw but I don’t recommend coming here if you can help it. The service makes it not worth it. Message to the new management: CHANGE OR GET OUT !!!!!

Nothing vegetarian. Every salad they have has steak or chicken and it’s 2 or 3 items in on the ingredients displayed in a small font on the tv. Nothing about the salad name says steak or chicken. Ordered two salads I threw away after I realized my mistake. Why wouldn’t you just list protein options you could add to your salad. It’s not like it has different flavored steak or chicken options for the different salads so why would you limit one to a particular salad? It could just say add chicken or steak for +$X. I have never received steak on Mediterranian salad before. I don’t think steak is on the list for a Mediterranean diet so I don’t get the name. The other salad, Green Goddess or whatever, came with chicken. Is the chicken green? I don’t get that name either. The salad is the green part???…like every other salad? It’s called a chicken salad by the rest of the world.

Place went down hill big time. I ordered a juice containing beets. There were no beets and they didn’t bother to tell me until I asked. Then I ordered oatmeal and it wasn’t even cooked, missing pretty much all the toppings. Won’t be back
