Called the store in Wheeling, they were rude and said they wouldn’t deliver to the island and to call the store in Martin’s Ferry.. Very very glad they directed us there!! Pizza and bread sticks were amazing!! Service was great and everyone was friendly!! I’m a pizza fanatic and they definitely deserve 5 stars.. My husband and I will definitely be ordering from her again.. Thank you .

Absolutely delicious! My fiancee and I ordered the extra large pepperoni pizza, and we were surprised at just how big it was. Such a great value for the money. Some people complain about there not being enough sauce, but we thought it was the perfect amount. The cheese was plentiful, and the crust was the perfect texture. It was overall a wonderful meal. We will definitely order again. I’m not from around here, and other places I’ve been to don’t compare. Kudos!!!

Ordered pizza through their online site, ordered 4 large pizza’s at 6:30pm yes I understand it was new years eve. I get confirmation order will be ready at 7 I get a phone call from the martins ferry location 10 minutes after I place my order telling me they have no more large pizzas and did not offer to sub them for a different size since I already paid online for them. I go to the store to see if I can just get them subbed or get a copy of my refund so I don’t get screwed and they tell me they are out of pizza period. I called st clairsville and asked if they had large pizzas and they said no but if you wanted to wait 20 minutes they can make the dough and I told them that was fine. Point is I will not go to the ferry location again there should be no reason that you run out of pizza at 630 on a night you know you will be busy.

I went to the one in Martins Ferry. Everyone was real nice. They apologized because when I got there, I had to wait 4 more minutes for the bread. They gave me candy & a big cookie. They didn’t have to do that at all. While I waited they were all joking around & telling one another how they did a good job. Felt good to see that…especially on a busy day like today. They were all smiling. Great customer service everytime we go there.

Placed a simple order on the app. Delivery was fine but came in completely wrong. My calzone didn’t even have any cheese on it. My pasta barely had enough pasta in it to cover the bowl. Called and asked for it to be made right and was told I can pay more money to have my order fixed. Absolutely not what an already paying customer wants to hear. Currently not recommending.

I just wanted to personally THANK the employees who braved the weather today to open the shop and go far above and beyond. My grandparents have had 0 power since last night, we wanted to get them a hot meal to snack on until power comes back on(no telling when that’ll be) When my husband called the shop(basically THEE ONLY PLACE OPEN IN FERRY) they said “i’m so sorry but our delivery is limited and to pick up it’s about an hour waiting time. So we order, we wait… while sitting inside the shop the phone ORDERS WERE CONSTANT. Some cussing out employees, hanging up on them, asking for items they are unable to do at the time because of such high volume they limited the menu to basics and the pan fried pizza only. (Understandable to MOST) While waiting we saw employees going above and beyond, trying to keep a sense of humor as they’re literally getting BURIED in orders. Running into each other, laughing, slinging pizzas in and out of the ovens, it was SO HOT inside that building that they were stepping outside just to catch a cold breeze on their sweaty faces. I PERSONALLY want to say THANK YOU. Not only did my grandparents get a hot meal, they got something made with love that they can eat until the power is restored and THAT means more than you know. Thank you from all of us you so unselfishly served tonight! ❤️
