I got to pick dinner tonight as its my birthday so it was fitting that we eat at a Mexican restaurant as tradition for me so we went to Giliberto’s. I had casually mentioned it was my birthday so it was fitting to eat there. Next thing i know they brought out their fried ice cream i was not excepting that what so ever. So kind and generous and lively and just wonderful people working there. They have very very fresh food and authentic not like Fiesta Mexicana or Rancho Loco or taco bell so cheap and omg just delicious cant rave enough and they are open 24/7. Thats perfect as i work all hours of the morning and into evenings this is the family’s new hot spot. They need all the business sorry folks but thats my honest opinion and being a food lover its important to love the food you eat.

This place is great for when you just need a taco or two in your life. Everything is great and you really can’t go wrong. I started with the burritos, but they are so massive they end up being 2 meals in one. I lean more to the tacos and they are legit. The corn side, rice and bean are all awesome and I frequently get them with a meal. Very happy to have this in Red wing. Great place for a quick bite.

My son and I went thru the drive- through and ate in the parking lot, although there is outdoor and indoor seating. The burritos we had were amazing. Fresh ingredients and seasoned perfectly. Fresh salsa and Verde sauce. So much food! So good!

Reasonable price for the quality and portions. Ordered 2 different breakfast burritos, and they exceeded all my expectations! The chorizo was delicately spicy and flavorful, and they nailed the bacon burrito. In addition, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. If you need a quick fix of delicious Mexican food, definitely stop by!!!

Everything about this place is amazing. I come from AZ with a touch of Mexican blood and can guarantee this is quality Mexican cuisine in the MN north. All the one star reviews are simply impatient wh!te folk who don’t understand business or real cuisine. Literally they complain about waiting 5 minutes and complain about inconsistency. These people need to go to Mcdonalds as they are garbage humans. Notice the only bad reviews are wh!te people who know nothing. This place is legit!!!

Decently priced food. Food is bland, which I didn’t expect. But it’s not horrible, just a bit more flavor would be great. Depending on the day the meat is dry. I’ve gone here a handful of times and always had a positive interaction with the workers.

Just opened! Excellent variety, prices are reasonable, great service. Loved the tacos, nice to have a sauce bar. Lots of folks trying it out so pretty busy….a few booths inside but outdoor seating available as well. Cannot wait to try breakfast! Welcome to Red Wing!

The food was great. It was fast service and they had high chairs for kids! The parking was a little weird, but 5 of 5 stars. Definitely going back. Having normal silverware instead of plastic would have been nice for the dine in part.

Ok, I love good Mexican food. I stopped in and tried the tacos at Giliberto’s. The menu is huge! I was really surprised at the quality and moreover the authenticity of the food. I wanted to try something simple and take it home. I asked about soft shell tacos and the lovely lady at the counter said that they were corn tacos, but not hard shell. I knew exactly what she meant and I knew I was in a great place! It’s not fancy, but it’s clean, you can dine in, take out, or have it delivered. The people are friendly and the atmosphere is of being in Mexico. The tacos reminded me of the outstanding street tacos I’ve had when traveling in Mexico. It was delicious, flavorful and cooked with love. It’s open 24/7 and that’s rare for Red Wing to have a place open all the time! Prices are very reasonable for such authentic taste and quality! I’m excited to go back and try more of the menu!
