This is the worst Chipotle i have ever experienced, truly the worst management and training staff had to have been responsible for a location that has not once ever gotten my order right after a year. Forgetting chips, kids meal items, toppings, etc. And then when they do actually make your order its the absolutely saddest thing you’ve ever seen.

Why even have the doors open if you only accept orders online? This is the stupidest Chipotle i have ever seen. Literally turned down 6 customers and me because this location wont take your order at the store. You HAVE to place the order through the online app or they won’t make your food. Jersey Mikes must love you guys because we literally all walked across the street and spent our money there instead. Im sure you are giving them massive business because you guys are too incompetent to run a restaurant in a regular fashion. Do us all a favor and just close so they can replace your location with a place that will actually take our money. Shameful.

Very stingy with the portion sizes, not a full scoop of meat, and a sprinkling of cheese when I asked for extra. Fajita veggies not available. Not worth the price. There are consistently 1-2 employees who seem angry that the customers are even there. The only thing carrying this review through is the quality (not amount they give you) of the food, though I have been there before when the guacamole was brown. I frequent this location and they usually give good service and food! However, this time, i ordered online and went through the chipotlane and…they give us the skimpiest amount of food in the bowl! It seemed as if they were scared of filling the bowl!!! The meal was not worth 26 dollars! And when I tried to get it fixed they did not answer the phone! This was the first time this ever happened, i will continue to come to this location but i wrote this in hopes of them seeing it!!!

On numerous occasions Chipotle has been a disappointment. Tonight I came back as a second trip from an earlier (we’re only accepting mobile orders) trip today only to have to be told in drive through that I would have to come inside to pay for the dressing that is not available in the app to add. I did…. only to receive a portion that wasn’t even half way full. I asked for it to be at least filled half way like they were on my earlier order as these are now $1.50 each. The lady at the register refused and said that the earlier team made a mistake. A mistake at which she was there for. It’s a shame because it was a mistake that made me come back again the same day to order seconds. This is my first time coming to Chipotle in months after several disappointments. I WILL NOT BE BACK. Go to CAVA where they respect you, your money, and your food or make it yourself.

Love this location. The food was excellent. Let me share one other thing. The staff is honest. I left my pocketbook in the bathroom. Went back to Greensboro and did not miss it. Oh my goodness! I called and they said they had my bag. I went back and the young man who had served me said, ” I knew it was your. I told them that you would be back.” Earth Angels.” I will be back.

The night we came in the staff were turning away customers saying they are only accepting online orders, no explanation. Their registers and card systems weren’t down. We were able to purchase these extra very small sides of dressing for $1.50 each. We asked if we could get more since they werent even close to full. They said that’s how they portion them. $1.50 each for hardly 2oz.

We ordered online a large and expensive order and they almost didnt give us the 2nd bag of food. I also ordered using 450 rewards points to get a salsa and chips which were not in either bag with our order. We got home (a 5 minute drive) and all the food was ice cold.

This place had no idea how to make bowls. We had to tell them the ingredients and what to put in them. Could not do a quesadilla. High point Chipotle is worth the drive to avoid the Jamestown one.
