Traveling for 2hrs and spending 65$ for 3 pple.. It wasn’t worth it..if the price high i want quantity.. The combination ideal is smart. Just match portions with the price..they picked the drinks for u. Couldn’t place online order

First, the food was expensive. I paid $32 for my food & my 12 year old son food. Food was just mediocre which was surpising because of the price I paid. He was impressed with his wings and I was impressed with mines as well, but not the loaded cheese fries or bacon cheeseburger. Second, staff is unprofessional. Owner has it set up where your cellphone number is your ticket number in which the staff reads out your number in it’s entirety. Third, our food was supposed to come with drinks but we never received drinks. Talked to the owner and she said that she sent 1 of her employees to the store to get drinks. Now mind you there is a Family Dollar directly across the street in which drinks could of been executed immediately as well as bags of ice. Owner told me she wasn’t going to give me money back for the drinks because they were complimentary. Last but not least, my son & I had to go purchase drinks from the gas station to quench our thirst which was totally unnecessary. I will never eat here again nor do I recommend.

I ordered the #3 combo on Thursday, January 6, through DoorDash for pickup. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and didn’t have to wait for my food at all. My potato was huge and fresh: loaded with chicken, shrimp, and cheese with condiments on the side. My Creamy Buffalo Ranch wings were cooked just right and very tasty! I wasn’t able to finish it all in one setting. Thank you for lunch/dinner, I will be back soon!

At this point if I can give a zero I would! I tried calling in my order 2days in a row. Then I go up there on my lunch break yesterday and they were closed for a 1hr and 15 min break so my 30 min lunch was wasted. Then today I go on my 30 min lunch break and they aren’t taking any orders until 4:30pm because they are backed up, another wasted lunch break trying to support the people in your community. I’m 36weeks pregnant I just wanted a freaking salad that’s it! Please hire more help if you’re running a business this is ridiculous!! I won’t be trying again.

I got the rotel bowl. Flavor was good overall. However it didn’t seem like they drained the meat. This caused a ton of grease floating in the container. Dip didn’t catch on the chip because of all the grease. It’s more like a chili than your usual rotel dip, due to the ratio of meat to cheese. If I go back I’d just try a potato.

Honesty Matters
So today is the 3rd time I have tried to get a potato from this place. The first time I arrived during business hours only to see a hand written note on the door that they would be opening 30mins later. The 2nd time I arrived, I was told that ALL employees were on break. The 3rd time I arrived to another handwritten note that they would open an hour later than posted business hours. We the consumer did not choose these business hours, the owner did, so why not post hours that you can actually follow. If you can sonehow make it through the golden door to get a potato I hope its everything and more! Eat a bit for me because I’m done trying to support this place.

Apparently this place only does business when they want. I tried several times to place an order. Even tried going through :WAITER like they suggested but when it comes time for them to accept the order they choose not to answer the phone. When I say tried several times I am talking 3 different people tried to reach them. NOT A GOOD WAY TO DO BUSINESS!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
