The location is convenient with ample parking, including wheelchair accessibility. It was not extremely busy when I visited, yet all the staff seemed to be working diligently on tasks. Both my debit cards refused to process via the tap feature, causing the excellent staff member assisting me to place my order again on a separate terminal, which worked without issue. My kids and I sat waited a very reasonable time for our pizzas and I can say that we have definitely found a new favorite location for pizza. The food was excellent, but the service definitely ensured I will return to this specific Marco’s location!

Well over 50% of the time I order from the Valley Ridge location, there is a problem with the order. It ranges from late delivery to incorrect items to missing items. It’s clear no one is checking orders before they go out the door. I like the food, but the disappointment from problems is just too much. I’ve been given credits when I call, but it’s too little, too late. Also, the new on-line website/ordering system is HORRIBLE! Not user friendly and too many steps. Please go back to your old system.
