Location often times closed with shortage of staff, which is understandable but the online ordering system can be turned off to let customers know the location is closed. I had been there twice already after placing mobile orders only to find the closed doors. If anyone has had the same issue, you can call dunkin’s customer service (from the app) and they will refund you.

Me and my daughter order beacon topped avocado toast and they gave it to us just avocado and we toll the person that we say beacon and she say that we where not charged for it and yes we was. Because we toll the cashier 2 time our order. They did not want to give it to us. And is not the first time they give people they wrong order. They have a bad attitude.

It’s the typical Dunkin Donuts good service in the afternoon morning service is terrible one lady is very mean she was yelling at another employee while people were in line. Went back to get a coffee and it was terrible very watered-down and the service was bad I won’t be going back to there.

Great customer service… Especially in the morning. The employee’s are extremely friendly, helpful, and upbeat. You don’t get that vibe like you’re ruining their day by ordering a coffee like some other dunkin donuts I’ve been to. They keep the drive thru moving fast as well as the line inside.

If I could give zero stars I would – what kind of manager cusses at a customer for unsubstantiated reasons? This manager has no people skills and her staff are following suit – not much of a leader – this so called manager ‘Deanna’ – is angry, foul mouthed, and unfit to be a manager- A growing trend- I am Finding more and more Dunkin’ Donuts owners hiring RUDE people – I guess the customer is always right is out the window, eh? What kind of establishment uses the F word when addressing a paying customer? Hopefully One that goes out of business sooner rather than later! The entire staff need a redo in customer service training.

I walked into the store around 3, stood near a table (not in line), began looking for my card in my bag and thinking about what i wanted to order. As I was doing this, the cashier said to me, very abrasively, “Hey, are you actually gonna get something?” I was rather put off, and when she turned away, I put my card back into my bag and left without ordering anything. I usually love this place, but that experience left a rather sour note with me. I don’t know if this woman just had a rough day, but I was quite taken aback by her aggression. Hopefully this behavior is addressed, or I will take my business elsewhere.
