Since the beginning of pandemic, Barnelli’s just has not been the same. They’ve unfortunately started using pre-made, bagged, cheap ingredients to maximize their profits. While I understand, the quality has suffered.

When there are pick up orders they really need to verify the orders complete. I’m currently on my second trip here to get a greek salad that was on the receipt but not in the bag. And there were cheese fries with a half empty cheese container. If this is corporate Portillo’s, this will be how Portillo’s dies… poor service.
