Ay first I didn’t want to go to this place because of all the negative review but my friend really wanted to go to a hookah lounge and this was the the nearest one. I must say I was surprised at the over all experience I had here. The place and staff are amazing. The food is awesome the hookah is one of the best I have had in a hookah lounge (they use coconut coals). They charge you for BYOB which is stated in the menu but they bring you a bucket of ice and cups. Overall I will be coming back to this place. Very nice.

This place has great potential but no one wants to feel nickled & dimed after a great night of celebrating. There were charges on the bill that we informed the manager we never ordered & he debated with us about it. I didn’t want it to ruin my birthday so instead of going back & forth I just paid the bill. The music kept stopping throughout the night because it was being played on YouTube. The waiting staff was very friendly & the area is very safe. The food was pretty good, I needed more seasoning on my wings which they brought out with no problem. Overall not a bad place but just overpriced and some hidden fees that aren’ton the website. I did the math 4 times (college graduate so I can definitely calculate) and it didn’t add up. I hope this review helps both the business & customers moving forward.

This was hands down the best lounge I’ve ever attended in my entire life. It was more than a venue – it was an experience. It felt as though I was inside a nightclub in Italy – yet cozy as can be. I’d be delighted to take my family and friends back with me to enjoy the accommodating and generous staff, sanitary interior, and the more-than snappy service. I think I’ll have my birthday party there as well. Bless them!

If I was able to give Cozy Lounge negative stars I most definitely would. The 1st and last time at Cozy Lounge for or any of my friends. They literally tried to rob me. They agreed to charge 10 cover per person instead of 20$ open bottle fee. We agreed on this because we had so many bottles. The man we made this agreement with over counted the amount of people and charged us for over 30 people. Our bill came to over 600$ for 1 hookah a refill 1 order of shrimp Tacos fries and cover charge of 30 people at 10$ a piece. This price was for 1 bill. Everyone else also was given a bill individually. What makes things worse it was not a total of 30 people it was only 13. He tried to rob us on my birthday. Do not go to this place. They over charge you for every little thing and will attempt to get over on you if they can. It was the most horrible experience at any hookah lounge in PA.
