If super hot and spicy noodle is your thing, then you need to come here. But since they put the protein and the sauce on the side, you could put in as little sauce as you want. Just start with a little bit and add more if you can stand it. If you dump the whole thing into the noodle you may regret it.

Authentic Hunan place according to a local friend. There are quite a few non-spicy options too. For instance I recommend the 三鮮肉絲米粉. The broth is flavorful. Can see that they spent time on it. 紅糖糍粑 would be a great finish for the meal. Side dishes are decent too but not as outstanding as the rice noodle dishes.

The noodle comes without spiciness. All the flavor and spice come from the separate bowl so that you can “adjust” your tolerance on spiciness. Unless you are sure, you should put the spice to the noodle one spoonful at at time. I put half bowl and it is already at my limit!

worst hunan mifen in Bay Area, never prepare the right food for delivery orders. One time I ordered with meat, got only rice noodles no meat. 2 times I got a completely different cuisine.
