The service was terrible. We were in a large group. I made my order and the wrong one was brought to me and we had to send it back. My daughters order was never brought to us. When we asked about it they said sorry it was in the kitchen. Thus turned out to be untrue as we did not get it until 30 minutes later as we were walking out of the door and they gave it to us in a bag. At one point during our visit, I went to the bar to order drinks because the staff was so busy tending to our group. The waitress saw me there and told me I had to go back to the table even though the bar was an open bar with stools. After all of that, I could not finish my meal because it was not very good.

We came at 11 today and I ordered the $8.99 enchilada special, I took a bite of the enchilada and it had what tasted like chili inside of it so I took a bite of beans and they tasted like they had sugar in them. This is the absolute worst Mexican food I have ever been served.

The food was okay. Maybe I should have been more adventurous? I ordered a platter, one of everything common, and a seafood stew. Both were simply… Meh. The soup was certainly plentiful, and the amount of fish was plenty, but the vegetables were close to being pulverized, as if they were thrown in from done frozen vegetables mix. It did not feel like the food had any love or passion put into it; it may be an unfair general characterization, but I’m concerned it might be the same with more “interesting” items of their menu. After all, I did order their seafood stew, which is usually a premium entree in Mexican restaurants, and was underwhelmed.
