Food had been left out for nearly an hour and a half while they “waited for another driver”. We would have picked it up if that were the case, but we weren’t given the option. After a two hour wait, the driver finally delivered the cold food, but no apology was given.

8/4/23: apparently if you order on the internet instead of using the app, the special “pie cut” does not show on the printout at the store for the order. Previous weeks delivery person provided this information. Ordered thru the app and “voila” both pizzas were pie cut. 7/14/23 – Unless you get there when pizza comes out of oven, it will not be pie cut even if you requested. Called store and got excuses about training new employees. Then got cut off! On 7/ 4 when all were pie cut, we were there to make sure pie cut. 7/4/23 – A+ today – all 9 pizzas pie cut! Got one with the Parm garlic sauce with premium chicken, jalapenos, and green peppers. Everybody liked it. 6/30/23 – again not pie cut as requested!!!6/23/23 – again, specific instruction for pie cut! NO! Why have the option if they don’t look at the order!!!!! They don’t look at the customer request for square or pie cut. 2 of ours were square cut before we knew they were working our order. The music was very obnoxious, which is OK except it was so loud! Very short staffed. One person there until a delivery driver came in to help. 3 weeks later order same pizzas for pie cut, 1 pie cut the other square cut!

Pizza is literly sitting in a soup of grease. The entire pizza crust and all is too soggy to eat. Did call and got refunded but was awful. Garlic bites where good though. Just really gross.

I ordered a 100+ dollar order. It came super late and most of it was missing. I called the manager the next day (destiny) she was rude. I asked for money back and she cussed at me and told me call corporate if I didn’t like it. Didn’t give me my money back. This place is horror

My husband and I are fairly picky pizza connoisseurs. We have never been disappointed with our pizza from this Dominos. I usually order various vegetables and they never fail to produce a pizza with plenty of toppings and consistently delicious. Huge shout out to the team at this location!

The rude driver brought the order and found that he forgot the 2 liter drink. He pretty much said he didn’t have it and acted as though he were unwilling to get it. After specifically saying that I expected him to go back and bring it because I paid for it, the driver had an attitude about being expected to bring it back. However, he did bring it back but in a very rude manner even though I had left a reasonable tip (which he didn’t deserve). Too expensive for what we ordered as well as the lack of kind service. I know why the guy is a delivery driver… It’s because he doesn’t have decent enough manners to do much else. I’ve had other bad experiences with other Dominos restaurants. So I’m done with Dominos and will only be ordering Pizza Hut or Marcos. Both of them are way better than Dominos. Dominos, you should do better.

Placed my order over the phone for one pizza and a pasta to be delivered to my home! It took over two hours to get there and of course everything was cold. When I called that in the manager Gabriel was like we only have one driver that’s all he kept saying to me! I understand things happen but you should not be taking delivery orders if it’s going to be that long and your food cold or atleast warned so you can take your business else where! I live 10 min from the establishment but I was at work when I placed the order for my kids at home ! Waste of time and money I will not be ordering from this location again!

We ordered a large pizza for delivery at 6:30 on a Saturday. Waited until 8:00 to check back in and were told that a driver was about to leave for delivery… called again at 8:30 and were told that a driver would be back in 15-20 minutes to grab the pizza. We cancelled the order and got a pizza from Marco’s within 35 minutes. We will definitely never order from here again. You could drive to Columbia, fly to NYC and get a pizza there before this Domino’s would deliver a pizza to your house.
