Would be a better stop if there was some adult supervision. Young kids standing around talking… Playing grab@ss then looking annoyed when a customer requires attention. Very uncomfortable. I get that’s it’s hard to attract and keep these employees these days because adulting is hard but apparently allowing this behavior will never treat them work ethic. There was one older gentleman working diligently to keep items stocked while the rest cracked jokes and didn’t seem to care he was carrying the load. He looked absolutely miserable. The two teens chatting as they built a subway…. longest build ever. The finish product looked anemic at best. Way to go loves

I’ve been stopping at this truck stop every Monday after 6 pm for months and every single time they’re out of livers & gizzards. The answer is always the same “they sell fast”! If hey sell so fast, cook more. As a former restaurant manager for over 33 years, tell me that again. This place has lots of potential but it desperately needs new management. I think this will be my last time I stop by. I’ll take my business somewhere else where they have all food available that’s on the menu.

Best fried chicken ever! I love it that the staff is almost always willing to drop an order of livers for me. The only times they’ve had to say no are when it’s super busy and short-staffed, and when there were no livers thawed. Whether I get livers or not, I still get tenders and wedges. They’re my favorite food for after a nice hike at Kartchner Caverns.

Been to this location 3 different days different times today at 3:30, always the same old chicken displayed. 1 person tossing chicken in seasoning back to the front and goofing off with the two employees behind the counter. ALWAYS approx 30 minute wait to be served then 30 minutes to get the freaking food. CLOSE it down the store sux. Better yet drive the extra 20 min and go to Popeye’s

This place was horrible!! I ordered the 2 piece meal. The chicken was DRY and over cooked. I literally did NOT eat any of my meal, it went in the trash!! The employee was nice but I stood there waiting for a while.

Had the Worst customer service today I have encountered in a really long time, not sure if they were all new empolyees or if they were all High. None of them could comprehend a simple order. Also really rude. About 5 people working standing around and people were wailing to order. One customer waiting to order a pizza for 15 mins. Before he had to speak up to even be Knowledged, then still had to wail … very poor experience and customer service should be addressed immediately! Won’t be stopping at this location again!
