So I did a mobile order so I could grab my donuts for coworkers and be to work on time. When I got there they didn’t have my mobile order ready after I waited 20 minutes to be there. Then when they put together my order while I waited they gave me my 25 munchkins with the wrong flavors. And I ordered a dozen donuts and got 11… also with the wrong flavors. I also ordered a frozen coffee and it came out with no milk in it and tasted horribly 🙁 just disappointed this morning

Normally, I stop at the Dunkin in Sabattus. Due to construction, that location is closed. I have been stopping at this location because it is the only other Dunkin on my way to work without having to go out of my way to get to one. The service sucks! The employees were purposely taking their time to make the food and complaining about the customers. They were making the food wrong and arguing with the customers. The food is ok when it is made correctly, but the iced coffee has been burnt every day this week. (Yes! It is possible to burn iced coffee) Someone needs to step up and take charge of the employees’ attitudes and the consistency of the food and drinks being served to the paying customers.

Ordered here before and had one of the workers cussing and yelling with their mic on while in drive thru, came today to get my iced chai latte with oat milk, light ice, and cold foam and it cam out w/o cold foam so we gave it back and got cold foam, when I went to take a sip it tasted like straight up oat milk. No flavor. No hint of any sort of chai. My order always gets messed up when I come here. Same with the one near the church and dominoes on lisbon street.

This place is the worst. I’ve never had good luck here. I’m at the drive through after 10 min of sitting there I drove away. Other times I’ve gone in you got the team leader yelling at one of the workers not cool. I left. Another time I went in and a friend of mine was there showing one of the workers on her phone that she had placed her ordered on line and paid for and nothing was ready. And I’m there waiting for someone to take my order and it was like I wasn’t even there so I left. When I did get a drink I couldn’t even drink it, it was so gross. Didn’t have time to turn around I had to go to another dunkin. So over this place.

Waited for ten minutes never received my food wasn’t given a receipt. Had to ask for a refund. Atleast 5 to 6 people behind the counter. Everyone looking at me but no one asked what I’m waiting for. Poor customer service.

Stop hiring people that dont know what theyre doing, spent 30 minutes waiting at the window for two bagels and two coffees and was asked repeatedly what I had, and still they messed it up, me and my wife come here every day, its not hard to hire people who can listen the first time and do their job right, i work customer service so i understand sometimes its difficult but its literally just a bagel and coffee, stop hiring people that would rather socialize with their friends than work

Love the new location except the entrance location. Not surprised there is always a long line with all Dunkin Donuts (DD). They are friendly, quick and most what you are looking for. I wished DD would bring back the chocolate creme filled and chocolate butternut.
