Great sashimi/sushi place in Chinatown. The presentation and quality is good and price is reasonable. Perfect place for quick bite. I give 4 stars because the take out quality is not consistent.

My friend and I found this spot on Instagram and our appetite for sashimi is practically insatiable. So of course it was on a must visit list on our trip to Boston.

Just went there for the second time with my friends. Food is fresh, price is reasonable and waiters are attentive. I have nothing to complain about.

I’m extremely picky about Boston restaurants because I generally think every place is overpriced and overrated. Tora….is worth it. Seriously I think about this dish all the time. I love the location and the atmosphere, I felt super comfortable eating alone here. The food is so fresh and it’s such a chill dining experience.

One of the best sushi I’ve tried in Boston . Had the torch salmon roll and spicy tuna crunch. Loved it so much that j can’t wait to get more. I only wish they had the poke bowls all day long and not just for lunch

This is a very cozy atmospheric spot tucked into Chinatown. It really takes your mind out of the city making it a great date night spot. The sashimi dons are phenomenal and definitely my go to. The fish is always so fresh and each bowl is so well balanced. I’ve been a couple times now and I’ve been aiming to try something new each time.

I believe the quality of the miso soup can determine if a restaurant is good or not, and the miso soup at Tora is rich but a little too salty. I would rather have a rich and salty miso soup over a watery and bland one. I had the Eel Don and it was pretty good no complaints nothing mind-blowing. Overall it’s a pretty good place especially for a quick bite

Wow! I ate here for the first time last week and it is now my new fav restaurant in Boston! Everything is incredibly fresh and tasty. I have been searching for a great simple and authentic sushi place for a while and I’ve found it! Soba salad and the sake don are my favorite.

Sort of disappointed with this restaurant. Maybe because I put too high expectation to it.
