I’m a big fan of Jersey Mikes already but I came and got a sandwich at this location for the first time and this location stood out from the rest by a ton. The people working were next level nice, customer service on point, amazing all around. I didn’t happen to catch their names but I went in on 5/5 at about 1:30 pm. Made a killer sandwich too. 20/10, will 100% be back to this location even if it isn’t the closest one to me.

I had not been to Jersey Mike’s in quite awhile but thought I’d give them a try again. The restaurant was clean, the employees were friendly, and my order was prepared properly. My problem is the price for what you get. Ordered the Philly and there wasn’t enough meat to cover the width of the bun. What there was tasted good, but I left dissatisfied feeling like I paid mainly for a tasty bun.

On a rainy day who won’t enjoy a hot sandwich on the go. Never been here but I was working in Irwindale and stopped by. The 3 guys helping had great customer service. Yo listen, if you don’t like what’s on the sandwich, sauce or veggies, don’t matter, DO NOT WORRY, the guys will customize it. My Sandwich was delicious. I recommend the CHICKEN BACON RANCH. You simply can’t go wrong with it. I ADDED CHIPOTLE and AVOCADO. I got the big sandwich and it felt like 4. They will cut it in half or in 3’s and wrap em separately. STOP by and enjoy!

Not a good experience. First time going to this place. A lot of workers but not much customer service. I looked over the menu for a bit. Then I approached the counter to order. I stood there for a while, 4 people behind the counter and none of them asked me how can they help. I said out loud “Is there someone who I can order with?” The man cutting meat at the counter said, give me a sec. There were no other customers. So I waited for what felt like 5 minutes but while they talked amongst themselves nobody else offered to take my order…..I just walked out upset that my first time there was a bad experience. I was hungry and my lunchtime is too short to be waiting around for them to get to me.
