The menu had a limited selection with about 2-3 dishes from each southeast asian cuisine. The noodles were decent but was definitely Americanized and not authentic. The satay was quite disappointing as the chicken was in huge chunks and cooked regularly instead of the authentic Malaysian way which should turn out flavorful from the grill. The peanut sauce was also too thick and sweet, lacking a lot of the flavors I expected.

Average; over hyped if not overrated. The menu is a hodgepodge of dishes, some flavorful but most are Americanized versions (adulterations) of notable cuisines.

Tofu pad thai was spot on (and very big portion), as was the coconut cake, truly amazing.

A recent delivery which will likely become a new staple. The food here is very good and the online menu makes ordering plant based super easy and straightforward. We basically ordered a solid sampling of dishes and shared them. They were all good. The iced green tea hit the spot on a hot day.

Hands down, the best food in Pittsburgh. I ate there regularly when I lived in the burgh and went back on recent trip with my kids (12 &16). My kids are used to a variety of foods as we live in Seattle. Their reviews were “suburb” (from the 12 yr old who ordered a veggie dish) and “the best food we had on the whole trip” (16 yr old who ordered tofu). I see lots of comments in here about it not being “authentic enough”– sheesh guys, you are in Pittsburgh!! Pittsburgh. Ron is a lovely dude (owner) and anyone thinking of stopping by should stop “thinking” and just go enjoy some stunning food.

Haven’t been back for a few years as I moved away, but this place is great. The Burmese semolina cake is a standout, as is the roti. Prices are on the higher end for Pittsburgh, but the ambiance and service is good. Menu items vary in terms of quality; look at reviews for the standouts. Thai food is not the star here.

Perfect place for lunch, my favorite dishes are the slow cooked curries and the Burmese coconut chicken noodle soup (pictured). Their drink selection is also very good.

Never had Rendang before but i don’t think it’s supposed to taste like teriyaki beef jerky. 10 bux for the smallest crab spring rolls that i don’t think even had crab in them.
