Came in for a delivery order. Not paid any attention to. Been here for about 30 minutes before being acknowledged. No orders ready. Only had 2 previous customers already waiting on their food. Had 1 person that came through drive thru. No reason whatsoever for them not to be able to get food out. For some reason they simply can’t do the job. Don’t come here unless you want to wait 30+ minutes for you food even if there’s nobody else there.

KFC on semeron at lake Underhill Orlando, fl, I ordered a 3 piece dinner all white meat and crispy, I got 3 piece all white meat regular, I opened my order to check and told them they got it wrong AGAIN (happens pretty much every time I go there. ) The guy told me it would be 25 mins til the crispy was done. They thought they could get away with screwing me over AGAIN, no apology for lying to my face asked for a Corp number to finally file a complaint and was told they didn’t have one. maybe part of your hiring process should be to train your employees not to lie to there customers, VERY bad for business. Will be passing this along on Facebook. Very disappointed with the lies and the disrespect I received.

They never have chicken. In fact most of the time they don’t have ANYTHING. Customer service is none existent and they sit around laughing and giggling instead of serving customers. I have given them several chances. It’s pretty bad there.

I often visit KFC in different places since I have to travel long distances for my job, but unfortunately I visited the KFC Semoran Norte, Orlando, to eat and from the entrance you can see the low maintenance and little cleanliness of the premises, the doors and the floor dirty, bad and old food, not of the moment, and flavorless drinks, only water that I had to claim the quality and size of the piece of chicken and they only added one more piece to me, which led me to leave the premises and leave food on the table. I will never visit another KFC again
