I frequently go here especially on weekends, I had a mobile order which is the same as it is every single weekend. They forgot cold foam on my drinks, gave me 10 donuts not 12? And then also forgot hash browns and messed up another coffee. Typically they are great but I just see not reason for this many mistakes in one order. I am a patient person who understands it gets busy but paying $30 for missing food is unacceptable.

This is a training store. All new employees and managers train at this location before they are sent to their real stores. Because of this there is always long lines. BUT I have never gotten my coffee wrong. Staff is always pleasant.

If you want to be served at this location, you’ll have to wait for the staff to finish socializing with their friends before they’ll take your order. And if you get tired of waiting and leave, you can expect to see said employees laughing at you as they watch you leave through the front window. Inexcusable poor, rude “service”. Avoid at all costs.

I feel like I throw my money away coming here.. I usually wait an hour to get coffee when I get near my job, but on days when I don’t have work I get coffee close to home . My coffee is always either made with all the ice melted, they won’t have labels on them, or it’s completely messed up. This dunkin & the one in moosup need proper training done for all staff !

Thank you for whoever took over that store. Had no choice but to stop at this location. I have not been back after I was rudely thrown my food in the drive thu, about a year and a half ago. The staff was bright and friendly. Even in my rush, I could sense a difference in the atmosphere. This will be my Dunkin from now on. Coffee shop refused to remake my frozen coffee that I had bought just down the road is in my Dunkin Donuts app card cuz they didn’t make it however it was paid for with an app called that you would have took my money but they wouldn’t remake my coffee. When I reload my card there they don’t have a problem.
