I went to inside get a cup of coffee, I looked over at the donuts and there were flys EVERYWHERE. The employee did not seem to care or be concerned as I took pictures. BEWARE!!!!! Flies were all over the place.

My husband as of 7:40am went to this location. He ordered two sausage and cheese English muffins for me and only received one. Not to mention the one they did give him was cold and not cooked. He also ordered 2 hash browns and was given 2 old hard stale hash browns one of which was just tossed into the bag with no sleeve. 2 sausage wraps and they were ice cold. How are you gonna serve breakfast wraps and sandwiches and not actually cook them. Honestly a waste of damn money considering the raise in the prices. Should have just gone to McDonald’s.

Don’t even know where to start. Visit around 0916 on 06.13.2023. Simple order, loaded wrap, 2 hash browns, and a medium Oreo cold brew. I received a small vanilla cold brew with a sticker that said medium on it. The hash browns were flaccid and soggy. I went around the drive through again and reordered the coffee. I had to repeat myself 4 times after turning my car off before I was actually heard. Paid cash and didn’t receive receipts and the money was snatched out of my hands.

The morning crew should listen to the customers when they are giving their orders to the individual who is taking the order. I go there all the time, but when I request a plain bagel toasted no butter, I don’t want a bagel that is just cut in half. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with the morning crew.

When I say customer service here is absolutely ridiculous. I came to the drive thru 2/19/23 around like 3pm and I ordered two bagels a latte and a donut. They handed me the bagels first, then proceeded to hand me the latte I thought everything would be in the bag and it wasn’t. I got all the way home to hand my babies their bagels and donuts and we noticed the donut wasn’t in the bag so I drove all the way back up there and told them they forgot my donut. She then tried to argue with me telling me it’s my fault because they tried to hand me the donut I say ok well can I take another bagel instead. This drive thru associate was so nasty with me while I had my kids in the car with me I’m reporting her every single chance I get. Every time I come to this location they forget something

Supposed to open at 6. Which means having coffee ready. I’m sitting in line at 610. With no one saying anything. Maybe your people should come in a lil early to make sure people have their coffee in the morning when your business says it open. And last time this happened it was because your female employee was late and had her child at work with her. This place needs to get it together
