Made a quick stop here although the employees were friendly the food was lacking they didn’t appear to be a lot of people when we arrived at all but our order took a while to get which wasn’t large order and for some reason our orders were not correct and what we got the burritos were on the grill and were charred heavily/ burnt. Didn’t bother the return anything as I was in a hurry but I did expect that even with wrong food it could have been cooked correctly.

Here right now the customer service is extremely horrible. Please retrain your staff etc. My family and I will not be coming back here again. If this particular employee is having a bad day please do not take it out on customers. The staff taking our order was extremely rude. For ex. Everything we asked for was NO. So yes we will never go here. The person at the drive through was the nicest.

Drive thru order. After ordering. I mentioned that the order was incorrect on the scene and was told I was wrong and that it would be right when they gave it to me. Spoiler, i checked the order before leaving the window and it wasn’t correct. Waited for them to come back to the window and said it was wrong and was told i was incorrect. The manager looked at it all and corrected it but it was too much for the amount I pay for the food to then work as a quality control agent.

Even thought it was late our food was undercooked. The young man taking our order at the drive through was rude and rushed us to make our order. While waiting for our oder to be completed at the window all the staff came looked into my care and laughed at what I do not know but it was very uncomfortable. The landscape of the property was poorly managed.

This place closes on 2pm on Saturday afternoons!!! I had made a mobile order and it took some time to go through so I was instructed to wait in the parking lot. After 15 minutes no one brought out my food, so I went inside to see what was going on. The crew informed me that they just closed and they weren’t going to make my food. They apparently transferred my order to another location across town!?!?!? If I didn’t go in, they absolutely weren’t going to tell me. Garbage.

Raymeana was so welcoming. You could hear her smile through the drive thru speaker box. She read my order back to me to confirm the accuracy. She was so pleasant I had to ask her name and compliant the great job she was doing. So many times, you hear the negative and fail to hear when you do something good. I ordered two burrito supremes. They gave me two black bean taco “things” with a hard shell wrapped in a soft tortilla whatever that is. The hard taco shell was soft, the soft tortilla was hard and stale, inside was soggy and stuck together. I was very hungry so this was a huge disappointment after a long day. I didn’t want to go back to correct the order because it was almost 10 PM. Darn.

Ask for NO beans, beans are at the bottom of the burrito. Food was barely warm. And noone wanted to help, wouldn’t come from the back line to speak about, so they just yelled from the line instead of coming to the counter. Won’t be back to this location. And they’re out of mild sauce. 3 strikes you’re out. Worst experience ever.
