I’ve known Lisa and Bob for the better half of a year now and was absolutely ecstatic to see their dream come to fruition. The dedication to go above and beyond for people can be seen in their daily activities at the bar. The food, the service and the laughs are what make this place awesome. 10/10 would recommend.

Great neighborhood bar. Friendly staff, cold beer, and delicious food! What more could you ask for?! Lots of tvs and they are happy to turn to your favorite game. They offer brunch on the weekends which sounds super good. Highly recommend and look forward to going back soon.

First impressions are everything and Becks ruined any chance of me actually trying it out. We went in at around 6pm, it was about half full and we stood at the front to see if we needed to wait to be seated. No one acknowledged us so we sat down. We waited about 5 minutes and we did not see a single waitress, only a bartender who never looked our way. We had no choice but to leave. Also it was very warm inside, maybe their AC was down? For a “new” restaurant not even recognizing people coming in to eat and drink is a bad sign. I will not be going back to try again.

Well, I’m here as a former employee, who just quit last Sunday because the “people” who “run” this “bar” are some of the most offensive people I have ever come across. It used to be a wonderful place to hang out with friends and family until the Beck’s took ownership and pretended to try to run a bar. They haven’t paid employees in 9 weeks, they tried, under the table. Yes, Lisa and Bob Beck, there is proof that you didnt figure out how to do payroll until last week. The funny thing is, you didn’t even know that was an issue. This shows your incompetence and narcissism in one fell swoop. I rarely leave a bad review. I always give grace where it’s due. Beck’s Place does not deserve any grace.. The cooks, however are state of the art. They quit early on, but were hired back because this bar had amazing food because of them. They are the backbone of the operation. Lisa and Bob: you can’t delete this one. Good luck to you, and just please, just try to paint me as a disgruntled employee. It doesnt work. Much like your bar.

Disappointing. Sat at bar, fruit flies everywhere, air conditioning wasn’t working. Was charged for a beer we did not order. The bartender and the owner did not know how to remove it from our ticket and seemed to put responsibility on each other.
