What a trip. The lady at the drive thru seemed like she hated her life. The bacon is so burnt, but so undercooked it’s scary. Outside burnt, seemed like it was cooked in a pile. My husband coffee had chocolate in it? Like syrup? Overall was pretty bad experience.

After placing my order the girl says pull around in a nasty tone. Upon getting first part of my order the guy said she is making your coffee and immediately walks away. The girl then gives me my coffee, I said thank you and she give me dirty look and closed the window.

Coffee made wrong.disgusting. Almond milk and mocha not added for what I paid for. Hash browns were a ball of mush. I got wake up wrap cold. Then seen worker lay food on the counter before putting it in oven to feed to the drive thru. Staff joked around most the time and not getting orders right. Older ladies seems like their life sucked and did not care if you got your order or not. Will not be back. Yet another Dunkin marked off my list. Disgusting.

I live near this Dunkin so I go to it quite frequently. More than half the girls that work there are rude and don’t know how to make the drinks. They get my order wrong like 50% of the time and I’m not asking for anything special. I went today and when I pulled up to the speaker she told me to go ahead when I’m ready. I asked for a second while I told my kids what flavors they could get. I then started ordering. The car at the window pulled off and no one had responded to me. I said hello, and she goes are you ready to order? I said yeah I already started ordering. Silence. So I asked for the same drink again and to add 2 pumps of sugar to it. She said that already comes with sugar in it. I said okay? So can you put the pumps of sugar in? She said coolatas already have a lot of sugar in them so you want more sugar in it? At that point I just left because why do I have to explain why I want more sugar in my drink that I’m paying for to some high-school girl. It’s not her job to worry about my sugar intake, it’s her job to take my order and hand me my stuff. And she wouldn’t even answer me on if she could do it or not. It’s situations like this that make me wonder why fast food employees think they deserve more than minimum wage. Don’t get me wrong ik fast food can be hard, I’ve been there. I made $8.75 at mcds when I was fresh out of high-school. But not once did I argue with someone about what they wanted to order.

Out of the 1,400 dunkin donuts, this is arguably the worst one. It doesn’t matter if it’s drive thru, in store or online they will NEVER get your order right. And when you go back to tell them they forgot something…. again they have the nerve to try and charge you for something they messed up or forgot in your order. Keep up the great work.

After previously trying the Butter Pecan Frozen Coffee, I was so excited to have one again and pulled up to this location only to be told that they can’t make any frozen coffees. Now granted it was a little after 8 and I know they close at 9, but I think if the drink is a signature drink it should be always available. I’m not sure if someone just didn’t want to do it or whether the machine was inoperable, however I wasn’t happy.
