Our server Dominique was very rude. It appeared that she was having a bad day or just didn’t want to be there. Two employees were leaving as we were sitting. I’m not sure if they were managers or corporate but they smiled and spoke as they were leaving. Then we had Dominique. She took our order . When I asked for decaf coffee she said I’ll have to make it, but never did. We asked for two waters and lemonade. Something was floating in one of the waters and we told her and asked for another one. She bought half of our food but gave us opposite of what we ordered then asked us, what we ordered?

Absolutely the worst waffle house in the world. I generally don’t leave bad reviews but this place needs that type of highlight. We stopped in after a late night. I noticed there were tables not ready for customers. The waitress wasn’t really pressed to get to the people who had been waiting to order. We finally sat down at the bar area. We waited another 15-20 minutes. After we ordered it took another 45 minutes to get it. A friend ordered a steak sandwich but it looked like they were running out of food so it didn’t have much on it. Friends that were with us didn’t even get their food. We overheard the waiter telling another table that they were out of a lot of stuff. Both Jordan and Feona were just there. Neither one had any sense of urgency or tried to make things better. My sausage sandwich was extremely over cooked. I have never had anything that was over cooked from a WH. I’ve grown up on WH and my children love this place but THIS LOCATION WILL NEVER BE VISITED AGAIN. It was pretty sad. Very disappointed!

Wouldn’t have even given them a 1 if it had let me. Got a chicken sandwich 1 time chicken was only on 1/2 of the sandwich and it smelled sick. Waitress was nodding out like she’s on something. Incoherent. Tried again same waitress. Was hoping that she was just tired last time. Nope. Nodding so bad this time she didn’t even come get my drink within 10 minutes. Noone was in the store. Imma leave this here for anyone, they should shut this one down or under new Management.

I was perceived to be a loiter by a manager at the store. When I proceeded to place my order the manager approached the waitress told her, ” don’t call the order until payment was made by me.” Once I made payment others awaiting to go orders food was ready for pick-up. And I witnessed them paying for their meals. I told the manager subtly that she discriminated against me.

I’ve been frequently going to this Waffle House and the staff is just great. Today I had a Chicken Southern Classic, minus the cheese because I added cheese to my eggs. It was great. Gab was a great waitress. Demarco was our cook and he made my special breakfast

DO NOT EAT HERE! I would give no stars if I could! There were ants… FIRE ANTS, in the syrup, and the manager was ONLY trying to give me 10% off! My fianceé raised Cane, and my fianceé couldn’t even finish his food. We ended up not paying for our food. Worst. Experience. Ever! I definitely will be writing Corporate!

I wish I could do negative stars! This place would get -☆☆☆☆☆! 8 people “working”, customers sitting and waiting for a tables, yet no one is clearing off tables. We cleaned off our own table. Our waitress was friendly but it took her 30 minutes to take our order. When we FINALLY got our meals, 2 out of the 3 orders were wrong. When we told our waitress, she apologized and said she would correct the orders. She NEVER came back! This has to be the worst Waffle House on the east side of Atlanta! An hour and 1/2 at Waffle House, waiting on the right meal is unacceptable! We won’t be back.
