I ordered the chicken sandwich combo. They had me wait and they told me it be cooked fresh and hot. When I received my food and tasted it it was cold. So cold to where I had to return from home to get my money back. The french fries definitely tasted reheated and still was cold. It was awful. I also noticed that the menu board listed the combo for $5.99 however when I get to the window to pay for it they charge me $6.49. After waiting 10 minutes for cold food I understand why it has been years since I’ve been to KFC. And it will be many more years if ever I returned to them.

I’ve gone here on 3 separate occasions and on all 3 times they’ve messed something up. This most recent time they were still advertising things that they no longer carried, as well as it took them about 10 minutes to take our order which was the same tender combo except for the drinks and ontop of that they still ended up messing up the drinks, twice.

They do not close until 10 pm, I went about 8:34 pm they did not have any dark meat chicken at all or at least that what they told me. I think they just did not wish to cook any and wanted to sit on the clock. The drive thru and store was empty. Go to Hart’s Chicken down the street, they do not run out of chicken. I thought that’s what chicken places were suppose to have on hand.

Usually I love this location but the chicken I got on Friday was awful. Well two pieces were. It was fried too hard and dry. Like it had been sitting there for a while. I couldn’t even eat it. That’s just how dry it was ugh. The customer service was great as usual. Too bad my chicken experience wasn’t. Please don’t do this to anyone else.
