A hidden gem! We went at 6pm on St Pattys day (a Friday night) after trying 3 other restaurants in Downtown Parker and being told each place had an hour wait. This restaurant had many open tables so we were seated immediately.

We didn’t partake but a whiskey rep was passing out free shots. Service left a bit to be desired, had to ask a hostess for our check because we were left hanging by our waitress. Selection was slim, and presented on xeroxed paper menus. For a handful of $40-$50 plates, you would expect more. I went with the $34 short rib which was cooked well. Tender and juicy despite being prepared low and slow.. Wife had the salmon, it was decent. Avocado Bruschetta appetizer was the highlight for both of us. Ambiance wasn’t really the best. This is more of a sit at the bar place masquerading as an upscale restaurant.

we came to this place for a date night and it was so lovely. we had an issue with the place we were supposed to go to, and came here as a back-up, and i’m so glad we did. i can’t say enough good things about our waitress – she was great, and she enhanced the experience. the drinks and food were fantastic. only con i would say is that the parking situation can be tough.

When you are thinking of somewhere to go, for a relaxing chill environment surrounded by like minded people, where the food is superb, the atmosphere is that of a warming sensation that delivers impeccable eateries and live music, The Douglas is where you want to be on a Friday night evening. Situated next to West Main Taproom & Grill, you will immediately feel like you have been invited to the most serene experience amongst friends with people you have no connection too. A two-story restaurant with live music and dining is a supreme way to enjoy the evening out with a loved one or a group of friends to share the experience. The food was exceptional, with a variety of different entreès and appetizers to satisfy the needs of any party, you will not be disappointed with what the Chef prepares. Kid-friendly, exceptional service and moderate pricing is worth the trip to experiencing The Douglas. Enjoy!

Good food, drinks and service. Had the short ribs and salmon. They have different cocktail specials every week. The restaurant is attached to the hotel.

It was honestly just okay. For the price tag, I expected better. My merlot had that fermented, paint thinner taste

Contrary to other reviewers, the food price is well worth it. A steak meal is around $35, not $70. True, it’s not Shanahan’s but for Parker, and for the price. It’s definitely the best around. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff ( we had Abby, she was wonderful) is very professional, and friendly. Their desserts are some of the best we have had. And dare I say, they do have the best tiramisu I’ve ever had (and I’ve had it in Italy…) If I were to have any gripe, I would say the price of the cocktails is a bit high. But overall, this right now might be the best fancier restaurant in Parker. Totally worth it.

Such a wonderful experience. Their cocktails are spot on and the food was delicious. I have to say their waitresses were top notch. They were all friendly, helpful, and attentive. I was in Parker for some continuing education classes and I plan on dining here again for the next round of classes. Thank you so much for a great staff and wonderful food!
