It’s a shame I have to drive 600 miles from Dallas Texas to find good avovada. However I found some of the freshly made, delicious Southwest cuisine. I even bought extra to bring home to Texas. This place looks like it was new and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I was very impressed with their cook. He allowed me to sample is fresh batch. I wish this place was closer but next time I go I know where to go next time. My burrito was huge. My only reason I did not give it five stars is the menu did not have a lot of choices and it was confusing about breakfast versus lunch. I saw them explain to several customers do you want breakfast burrito or bowl or do you want the lunch burrito bowl? And they looked as confused as I was it should be clearly on the menu but they are new and I’m sure they’ll figure it out. The food and the staff deserve 5 stars but I try to reserve that for places like Sadie’s which are full scale restaurants. Don’t get me wrong this place is excellent.

Do not order food from here. Absolutely disgusting, inedible breakfast burrito. So stale that they couldn’t close the burrito without cracking the tortilla. Unmelted and completely cold filling, and they got the drink and salsa wrong.

It took them 45 minutes to make my burrito. Then the cook said he’d already given it to me when he didnt. And on top of that the burrito wasn’t even any good. Do not eat at this place trust me.

After a slow and arduous process to ring up a single burrito, I patiently waited for my food. The two people came in after me had both called in orders. The cashier fumbled through the burritos in the pickup window and went back and forth with the cook. She then began coughing, mouth uncovered, all over all the burritos. A beautiful sounding, throaty, moist, wholesome cough. Once the other two orders were packed up and out the door, I got the special surprise! She coughed straight into her hands, grabbed my burrito and handed it straight to me. Disgusting! Game over, appetite done! My burrito went straight in the trash and I went straight for the hand sanitizer.

Disappointed and Expensive. Trying to support local business, deliberated to try this restaurant out. I’m in the mindset that you get based on what you pay. I grossly overpaid $8 for their breakfast burrito using that standard. At $8 dollars I was expecting the next best thing to sliced bread and received something a little less than McDonalds breakfast burritos.

Not bad, pretty decent sized burrito, but a little pricey for a routine spot. Their chile was not hot, tried Xmas but it had a slight sour/acidity with the green, that was just not quite it. Overall, not bad. Decent service, though at 745 am there was no coffee brewed, and it was pretty quick.

Had our first experience there this morning. The service was good, food was good. So why only 3 stars. While we were there, someone – who was apparently an owner? – came in and totally yelled at the cashier/server. Apparently he was called in to deal with some problem? Whether or not his being called was right or wrong – his behavior was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. There is no excuse to dress down (including swearing) an employee in front of your guests. It was as embarrassing for us as for the employee. I would have quit on the spot and let him work himself. Fortunately we were done eating and about ready to leave. Will we go back??? I am not sure.
