I have to admit that I shunned Little Caesars for over 20 years. Friends and Google reviews prompted me to try it because they’ve improved and I’m sold again. BUDDY’S is still the best Detroit Style pizzeria as far as I’m concerned but for value, quality and ease of purchase (the app is fantastic) Little Caesars is tops!

I ordered on the app and it said it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. I arrived after 25 minutes and am told it will be another 10 minutes. I come back in and then am told that they are remaking one of the pizzas because they cut it wrong and didn’t tell me about it before. I come back in and they still had not completed my order. I’ll give them credit for adding an Italian cheese bread on the house but I still didn’t have my order until a full hour after ordering. Communication and execution were seriously lacking today.

Place is dirty. I placed a phone order, i am waiting 5 minutes before somebody notices I am waiting, then they said my order got burn and that they will have to redo it. Which honestly is a bunch of bull and I honestly think they hi’ looking dude working in the back who “took” my order, never really took my order. So i just ask to get one of the hot and readys, they are a mess, filled with so much sauce that the slice falls apart when you pick it up. This place has gone down hill. when the manager isn’t in, it looks like they just do whatever, staff is rude over the phone and in person.

I dont what had happened to this place!!! Pizza was terrible!!! Crust was do thin, felt like cardboard. I ordered xtra most best pizza. There was pepperoni under the cheese tht was still cold. Ive never ordered tht and the pepperoni was under the cheese and on top. It was a total mess. There were at least 6 workers and everyone seemed to be lost as to wht they were doing. Maybe they were all new lol Service and food quality has definitely gone down at this location.

Post COVID LC struggles getting out the get. The erratic hours and long wait times, among other things. THEY HAVE BEEN KILLING IT OVER PAST MONTHS 6 OR MORE! Service is elite, communication is excellent, and the pies are on time. A KEEP IT UP!

I came in with my 3 year old and Amani (I hope I spelt it right) interacted with my son and gave him cookies. I was coming in to get my son something for lunch and I didn’t realize I was short a few dollars and he covered it for me. People like you make me have faith that some people still have humanity and kindness in their souls ‼️

I’ve met the guy who I think is the manager/owner, and he’s a good guy, but he’s obviously having staffing problems. I came there once at 7:50 pm, they were open till 8, the girl told me I can’t get a pizza cause they’re going to close in 10 minutes. To me, I should be able to get a pizza till 8. Or just say on your door that you close at 7:49 pm, fine. Another day I went there midday, hours on the door clearly say their open, but the door is locked and nobody is inside.
