Pizza was flavorful with a very unique thin crust. The specialty pizza we ordered had plenty of toppings. Food was ready when promised by online order. A little more pricey than I expected but I was anxious to try this pizza that has highly divided opinions in the area. Was overall good and service was good when I picked it up, overall happy customer, 4 out of 5 stars as satisfied customer, just not the “wow” factor to merit a full 5 stars.

One of the complaints is that I ordered double banana pepper and got five banana peppers on my salad. Went there and found out that now they charge extra to use your card. Besides one gal the remainder of the staff was not pleasant to be around, they gave you the look and body language that they do not want you there. Was very disappointed, the store at the old location was better. Will only go to Fairview Heights Imos from now on.

Usually love imos but this time 4 out of my 8 ravioli have been air-olis nothing inside. Such a rip off considering I coulve went to Walmart n got some for half the price and not been ripped off ♀️

The website will still take orders, but they aren’t open during the times they say they are open. Luckily, Fairview is still open. Make sure to call first. Also waiting on them to get a hold of me to get a refund.

I’m relatively new to the StL area, so I didn’t really understand this “you either love it or hate it” message I was getting from friends. I still kind of don’t understand how it’s so polarizing? It’s just different types of cheese. I personally like the tangy cheeses. Imo’s is quite expensive as far as pizza goes. I particularly don’t like paying a lot for cracker crust (not a taste thing, just a process thing), so that’s why I take away a star. Also, the fried raviolis I got were a bit too crunchy, dry, and hurt my mouth to eat – maybe it was just that batch? But I did think the pizza was delicious.
