We always order takeout. Usually spend between $65 – $100. I can’t say it’s a bad choice. It is “okay”. Portions are always off ( with take out). The team always forgets something. Today they forgot our additional sides of fries but it was pouring rain and my husband didn’t check until we were already on 85, so we did not turn around for them. The caesar salad was terrible so I threw it away. They don’t seem to be well organized with parking. We ordered online easily but when we arrived our order was still not ready ( 45 minutes+). Overall, 3/5 and will try another location or Longhorn.

We visited Texas Roadhouse today for an earl Mother’s Day treat. I ordered the sirloin steak with baked potato and broccoli. The food was delicious and the rolls were awesome! We loved the cinnamon whipped butter for the rolls . Our waitress was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. We definitely recommend this place! Go online to check wait times, it will save you valuable time. Check them out!

Marisol is a GEM. I always knew that service workers get paid significantly low wages per hour so we really need to take care of our people especially the young people who take these types of jobs and please when you go tip Marisol EXTRA! She gave excellent service even when it felt like our food drinks and appetizers were taking a little bit long she was still giving us updates on what was going on instead of just leaving us hanging so that made a very big difference.

My husband and I have never had any bad experience with the Concord location until tonight. The wait wasn’t too long but the service was terrible, first it took the waitress forever to come over to get our drink order. We waited for about 25 min for waitress to come and by then we was ready to order. Well when we got our order my husband steak was rare and he wanted well done and my steak was well done and I also had shrimp and they forgot my shrimp and my steak was supposed to be medium well. We had to find another waitress to get some drinks cause my husband just started eating his ice and also get silverware cause our waitress got missing. When they took the steaks to redo our order it took them about 40min to bring out steaks but the first ones came within 40 min which was too long. I had ordered shrimp with my steak and mushrooms. When they cooked my steak the second time, they put onions on it and by this time my shrimp was cold. Need major improvements very disappointed.

This location does not even deserve one star, but I had to add one to even post this review. I had the worst & shortest experience at this location Wednesday evening. I used to love coming to Texas Roadhouse, but the past 3 times the service has been terrible. We got seated in a section, which at the time had 2 empty tables out of 6 tables. Me and my fiance got sat and another gentleman moments later at a different table by himself. The waitress immediately rushed over to take his drink order and then walked away. We sat and watched her service every other table besides ours, walking by us not only once but 4 times. As the only African-American table in her section it felt as if we were back in the 50s not getting serviced on purpose because of the color of our skin, she walked right past us, not even looking in our direction. I wish I knew her name, but unfortunately for 12 minutes she didn’t even make any eye contact to let us know she would be with us shortly. After the last time I went to the hostess stand to speak with a manager to express my frustration. I conveyed my frustration in a respectful, but firm manner to the manager Caleb and his only response was “Awww I hate to hear that”. Even after I expressed to him that at this point I would rather drive 30 minutes out my way to the other location. At this point I am done with Texas Roadhouse and refuse to recommend this location or bring my family here. It’s sad that even the manager needs proper customer service training, as a customer service manager I would never run my business like this.
