I would give them a negative rating if I could. Was just there last night and wont be back. Where do I start? Extremely poor customer service, skimpy portions, extensive wait times, etc. The girl at the front counter was unprofessional, nasty, and nonchalant. The guy whom I’m assuming is the manager had me waiting when my food was already ready, I was told my food would be ready in 20 minutes and it was 40, and for what I paid, I should’ve gotten way more. They either should improve or go out of business. I won’t be back!!!

Worst burnt jerk, ordered 1/2 white. So badly burned was dry and so finely chopped bones pieces were in beans and rice. Pieces should have been whole , way less than half of white chicken and mostly chopped into fine bones. This location should be closed. Cabbage is not supposed to be shredded. Watch where you eat. The food has an excellent taste but very skimpy on each portion, especially the fish portions. Extremely too pricey for this plant. I’ve has this same exact order from other Jerk Food establishments, same or near to the price – BUT you got to give me my money’s worth. Won’t be back.
