Food & service were great. Sandwich came just as I ordered it & fries were hot (what a novel idea, wish other establishments could MASTER hot fries ) I would of gave them 5 stars but it was off hours between 2-4. Place had 1 customer. I noticed under my table was pretty dirty with food and food packaging. It’s a darn shame adults or teens or mothers with kids can’t pickup after themselves. Ultimately it’s the establishments responsibility to make sure the business is presentable whether it be front of house or the back

We stopped by the drive through to pick up our order. They were out of a lot of ingredients so we were told they can’t fulfill it and had to pick something else. Ingredients run out sometimes, no big deal. We explain that our order had a deal, could we choose something similar that is available? The guy told us no and to pick something else. After a few questions we finally we pick something of the chicken sandwiches that they said they could make (we found out later they missing some ingredients smh). As we are waiting, the guy at the window is having an argument with other employees. We can hear the way he talks down to the other employees. Did I mention he’s monotone and rude? Using condescending language to the others. So we ask him if everything is alright? Looks at us and tells us nothing happened, no one is yelling (as some of the younger employees told him it’s not okay to talk to them like that) and we need to mind our own business… After we get our food we ask him if there’s anyone in charge available, it’s not right to treat people that way. He looks at us and says it doesn’t matter because he’s the General Manager and people’s complaints are useless because he’s in charge. We were shocked and told him that it’s not right, especially as a general manager smh. Hopefully those employees get treated better or find better jobs where they’re not being talked down to by a power tripping karen manager.

The man taking our order was extremely rude and forgot to turn his mic off while mumbling and complaining. He rushed us through our order even though the place was completely empty inside and there were no cars in the drive thru. The food was fresh and correct at least bit that’s because the guys on the grill did their job, not him.

I WOULD recommend this location. Around 11:30 on a Saturday, we happened to be in the area, and I had a coupon or 2. The lobby was actually OPEN, and the service was great. 2 kids’ meals… 2 chicken sandwiches.. and 3 fires with a drink. Everything was fresh and quick. Thanks guys

The food is typically fresh. The customer service is horrendous, I was told to hurry up when I was ordering. I get to the window and was greeted with here and slammed the window. When going to this location 100% check your order before leaving. You thought the attitude was bad the first time through oh boy try telling them they forgot something with your order.

What kind of restaurants closes one hour before scheduled time? And this is not first time. There were employees at the store, and the app accepted my order, but no one grants it. Manager, how hard is it to update the schedule on google/your app? Or even you update, you close multiple hours before schedule don’t you.

By far the slowest I’ve ever been at for Burger King. Honest to God waited five minutes in line before even getting to the menu board only to wait five more minutes just to order. There was only one other person in line before me at 3:30 in the afternoon. I’m pretty sure it was just the assistant manager running the entire restaurant.

The only problem was that they said the inside was close even though the doors were unlocked, drive true was only, we drive a big truck, so it can’t fit the drive thru, if there going to close the inside, then close it, we asked if we could still order, got a no out of it, so we left not happy at all, left and ate at MC Donalds, might not come back for awhile,
