I know Taco Bell is not glorious job but take a little pride in your work. Staff here look and act absolutely miserable. When you place an order with them it’s almost as if you’re bothering them. Three for three, I have gotten my order wrong, as I watch the person on there phone from my car. This location is basically dead, zero people inside. Maybe two or three people working at most. 80% of the time the staff will tell you they can’t take your order at the counter please use the self checkout machine since they are understaffed. Unfortunately I don’t see this location lasting. Pre COVID this place was great. Not very far is a different Taco Bell just past the highway. That one seems to run better. It’s unfortunate but the culture here seems to be less work ethic is okay. I’m assuming management here is poor, I see new people very frequently. I wish this location the best of luck.

Can we just sign a petition for this place to receive either corrective training or have it demolished and/or replaced with a restaurant with employees who actually enjoy their job? They are closed at 11am and the drive-thru is never being utilized. There are many customers who cannot walk in due to disabilities and are being forced to just to receive their food. The employees always have an attitude and are unprofessional.

Worst experience we had today, ordered chalupas and power bowls. Initially they mentioned black beans out of stock then they said have it. In fact they kept half a spoon beans in each chalupa and power bowl more than half filled with rice and rest is very dry.

TACO FAIL… There is a line of 8 people in the building and only 2 people making tacos. Everyone is ordering online or on touch screens but the 2 people working can’t keep up. We ordered online and have been waiting 30 minutes from our arrival time… for one Crunchwrap. It’s not that many customers! People attempting to use the drive through are being told to park and come inside. This Taco Bell is failing and I would blame the owner/operator for putting these two employees in this position. They appear frustrated and embarrassed. Don’t open if you can’t staff the operation. 35 min for one Crunchwrap. We saw customers leave without their orders and without a refund. This service is killing your business. It’s not fair to the 2 employees who showed up! Corporate, this location needs to be on your radar. These issues are 100% fixable.

This is the only Taco Bell we go to now because it makes the others seem subpar. They legit never get our order wrong and they’re always super nice. Def not the standard these days. This place is awesome.

There is usually just 1 poor guy running the whole restaurant. That is when they don’t just close in the middle of the day with no sign. Oh and there was the time I drove around to ask if they were open (with an open sign lit up) and the lady shot me a bird. Poorly run and unprofessional! I just hope it’s shut down this time because they are being bought out by a new owner with at least 1/2 a brain.

In the PAST This place used to be great. Staff was the best around and the food was on point. Today it is the worst. Extremely rude staff and horrible food. Rotten tomatoes with mold on them on two items. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.
