This place has awesome delicious choices of Mexican dishes that are budget friendly and healthy. The Bowl is just so much loaded with protein veggies and flavors. All ingredients are fresh and wellness is visibly witnessed. The place has enough of sitting arrangements. The staffs are nice too.

Good evening. Me and my family (who are very much regulars @ The Apalachee Parkway Chipotle) went to get our dinner for the evening @6:26p.m. today. We were greeted with a smile and was told they are only accepting card because they do not have enough cash to give out change… (that’s a norm for this location). I asked if the guy could wipe the counter down because I am allergic to the sauces and he had spilled some (a lot) on the counter. He got a rag to wipe it down but only wiped his side and not the other side. So I asked the young lady that was beside him oh he wasn’t going to wipe your side down. ( the original side I had asked him to wipe down) she looked at him and I looked at him and she said to him oh you weren’t going to wipe my side? He turns around and throws his hands up and says I don’t have time for this… and walked away to the back.. I don’t know why he did it but it was very rude and uncalled for. The reason why I put the exact time so that the owner, general manager, supervisor or manager can look at the time stamp and see exactly who I’m referring too because when I asked for his name the young lady at the register said that they do not give out employee names…. To whomever that can find out who this made employee was you need to speak with him about this behavior. Ask him would he rather just wipe the counter or a customer have a allergic reaction and die or sue the Chipotle and of course he would be the reason…. We are very much regulars to that particular Chipotle because the other employees know us by our face we come there so much. But thanks to Mr. I don’t care if you have an allergic reaction we will not be spending any more money there. This is will our last time coming to that Chipotle. I know we are just one family of four and our money is small compared to the many customers but We matter…. ✌️

Ordered 2 chicken bowls one with extra rice for my wife. Bowls go to get toppings, I tell the server corn twice. She shovels on tomatoes. I told her no tomato’s I wanted corn. She says you can’t eat tomatoes? I said it is for my wife and no, she doesn’t eat them. She tosses the bowl at the trash can.

This place is getting worse. Almost from 5 months I am not able to get all items from my order. One day no fajitas, another day no lettuce, no steak, no chips, and no guacamole. Service people are not customer friendly, no greetings, they are always in a rush. I am visiting this place because no other chipotle close to me. I hope they will fix the problems and come back as before.

Staff left half of my food order out of the bag. I worked in fast food for a while and was very nice about it because accidents happen. However, the manager did not address the issue professionally and behaved in a very unpolished manner as if she did not have any home training or pride in working hard. She no doubt blames all her problems on everyone else except her self. The wrong employees can literally ruin a franchise. Go to Moe’s across the street. The food is not great here anyway. Other Chipotle’s are excellent. Corporate is not doing acceptable quality control at this location.

Make sure you ask if they have everything before you start they won’t tell ya it was packed and they never informed me that they ran out of veggies or lettuce. So at the end I was forced to ethier make a scene and decline the food. Or buy food I wasn’t gonna eat. Employees don’t care at all. Customer service is useless

I never had a bad experience at this location until today. When I am in uniform or not with my ID, I get a discount. Just go to moes. I ordered here twice. First time was great, the bowl was a generous size. The second time I ordered online the bowl was LESS than half full! I paid an insane amount for that! There was, I kid you not maybe 3 tiny pieces of steak and it had been stirred. I wondered if someone stuck their half eaten lunch on the pick up order shelf. When I showed the manager, she accused me of eating it and trying to get free food then told me I could “get a refund” in the app. It doesn’t even give you a refund, it gives you a bogo entree. Not only was I ripped off, but I wasn’t refunded. Also their sauces and drink area is FILTHY. It’s covered in mold and most of the hot sauce bottles are empty.
